I'm thoroughly impressed with this eye care hospital--it surpasses others I've tried. The doctor is fantastic: knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and has a great, cheerful demeanor. She genuinely cares for her patients and provides excellent service. Five stars, highly recommended!

I just had my eye exam yesterday with Dr Nicole Shams. I have been in the optical industry 35 years. It was the most extensive eye exam I have ever had. She took retinal photos and explained the results with me about how it directly relates to my heart. Mine are healthy. Also they accepts most all insurances. They also carry all the brands you are looking for, like, Oakley, Rayban, Prada, Coach, Tiffany, Versace and many more. The opticians are very experienced to correctly order your glasses the first time. Go see her!

I am very happy with Ocean EyeCare. Dr. Shams is very thorough and I love how she explains everything so that I am aware of my eye conditions. She is very kind, friendly and warm. The eye technicians are are also quite helpful in assisting me with finding the right fitting spectacles that would suite my face. I also live the fact that they go over my insurance with so so that I can use my benefits wisely. Thank you Ocean EyeCare for taking care of me today.

I had a mixed experience here. The eye exam was excellent--the doctor was great, explained everything in detail, and took the time to answer all my questions. The process of picking out frames started well; the assistant was nice and helped me find a great style. However, I was concerned about the long temples making the fit feel too loose. She assured me they could be adjusted at pickup, but that turned out to be incorrect. When I came to collect them, the frame couldn't be adjusted to fit properly. The staff member at pickup seemed dismissive and just wanted me to leave, simply suggesting I buy extra pads to fix the fit myself. Love the medical side, but the fitting and pickup service could definitely be improved.

I have been visiting Ocean EyeCare since I moved to the Redmond area in 2022, and the service has been exceptional every time. Dr. Shams is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She prescribed two separate pairs of glasses for me--one for driving and one for computer work--which made a huge difference and completely relieved my eye fatigue. Mrs. Totays is also wonderful to work with. She is very patient and skilled at helping me find the right frames and lenses for my prescription. She carefully walked me through different options, including lens types, transitions, and progressive lenses, and never rushed me while I was making decisions. Because my vision changes rapidly, I need new glasses every year. She has always been very accommodating, allowing me to reuse my existing frames with new lenses. To minimize the time I'm without my glasses, she even calls me when the new lenses are ready so I can drop off my current frames briefly--something I truly appreciate. On one occasion, I wasn't satisfied with the blue light-filter lenses because they caused a noticeable blue tint during Teams meetings. The staff immediately offered to replace the lenses to address my concerns. Another time, when a frame turned out to be too large for my face, they promptly offered a smaller size so it would fit properly. Overall, the level of care, professionalism, and customer service at Ocean EyeCare is second to none. I am a very loyal customer and will continue to get my glasses here every year. Highly recommended.

During my first visit at Ocean Eyecare, I was treated with kind professionalism by all staff members. Dr. Shams was thorough in her exam, listened closely to my concerns, and clearly explained her findings. Crystal helped me find new frames from a wide variety of choices and explained what and what not is included in my insurance coverage. I look forward to being their customer for a long time to come.

The people that attended me were very knowledgeable. First time I understand why certain eye contact brands matter. In addition they were able to add on a couple of extra rebates for being a small business. Would definitely go back. Overall pleasant experience.

I was skeptical entering the clinic, as I felt more of a store vibe than clinic. But Dr Shaam was very nice and the overall experience is so smooth for me, with detailed explanation and patiently answering followup questions and providing recommendations. I have no problem visiting back here ! Note : The lenses brand they display might vary with the ones they might provide.
