Great place for eye exam. Rubina was very nice running through all the tests and explaining what was going on. Doctor Robin performed some more tests and then talked through all the results and answered questions. Will recommend them to friends

My family have been entrusting our eye care to Redmond Eye Doctors for 15 years. I've always appreciated their caring and attentive stance to whatever concerns we bring, and the detailed explanations they give for our questions. Their opticians have been very patient and helpful as well. Most recently, I was having trouble dialing in a new pair of computer glasses to get the vision I need; and it was wonderful how my optician Zabeeba, Dr Gouin, and Dr. Monticello were all working together to help me find the right combination of lens choice, prescription, and frame adjustment.

Beware. This place forces you to pay the $39 fee for optomap. I was not told this when scheduling. Every other optometrist gives you the option for this. I asked to cancel upon arriving and finding out this information. I was told I'd be charged a $75 cancellation fee if I left. They claim it says on their website. No where does it say it's required. Do not recommend this place at all.

I came to the clinic for the first time yesterday. The staff welcomed me as soon as I arrived. Having filled new patient intake forms online, the check in process was smooth. After a short wait, Rubina patiently explained what to expect, took me through a series of tests and reviewed my eye history. I felt she's pretty knowledgeable. The new diagnosis test with VR lenses was rather fun. Dr John was very friendly and thorough. He explained various things and options for improvements. All in all, it was a great experience.
