My glasses broke and I placed an urgent visit with Dr. Kim. She was wonderful and explained her process and rationale clearly. She took the time to make sure my prescription was accurate and then she got me in for a contact lens exam the same day so I dont have to go back for another 2 years! Additionally, the staff in the optical shop magically repaired my glasses with extra parts from donations. I'm so impressed by the staff here and how accommodating they were! Thank you!

The staff was nice enough to me - however the glasses I bought for basically $200 because i fell for the "insurance covers $100 scam" developed strange shatter marks in the corners within months of getting them.I have worn wire rims all my life and have never seen this. They offered to replace the lenses at 50 percent. Why would I pay more money for a bad product? Not worth the $100 coverage. Go to Costco. They stand by their products.

Worst experience. I have been going here for over a year now and eveytime is so horrible especially lately.
They are rude and make me feel not important they are not knowledgeable. They always say well come back in a few days if it's not better. I think all they care about is money and not the people. I keep coming back and nothing ever changes. And the pharmacy never has the meds I need I always have to come back the next day or so to pick it up. I am looking to find a new medical clinic I am not putting up with this anymore. I don't recommend this place.

It over over a month for Kaiser Permanente Renton location to get my glasses made, a month....
business must be so good that i suggest you guys to go elsewhere for eye glasses.
Everything else is fine (eye exam, insurance process etc. etc.) just getting what you bought takes an awful long time

In the time it takes to get assistance here you could practically go make the money to buy your glasses outright and forget about using insurance. I gave up after a half hour.

They told me my insurance plan would cover everything, ended up with a $250 eye exam... asked questions about the plan and no one knew anything. Dissapointed.
