Soooo thrilled with my experience with this company! It is truly life changing. I went from wearing glasses with a -1.5+ prescription my whole life, always having to scramble for them in the dark in the morning or at night and the NEXT DAY after I had my operation I came out with 20/25 vision!! I am so grateful to be able to have this sort of technology to help people who have become so accustomed to being visually impaired. I've never been so excited to read signs on license plates while driving down the road thank you!!

I scheduled an appointment to have my eye bandage removed. After arriving for my appointment and checking in. They waited 15 minutes after it was scheduled to begin to inform me there wasn't a doctor available to perform the service.
I took time off of work and drove far to come to this location and they couldn't be bothered to tell me they needed to reschedule.
Absolutely abysmal service.

Definitely a game changer. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The procedure itself is indeed painful, however, they do put a lot of pressure on your at at the start so be warned. The procedure was about 15 minutes and then I was out of there. You are definitely going to want to go to bed as soon as you can after the appointment because your eyes will begin to burn like some very powerful onions are in your eyes. I want to say this is the worst part of it. Thankfully, at least as far as I know, considering I took a 2-3 hour nap after, That burning was completely gone. All in all, four hours of being uncomfortable just to Improve your eyes drastically is a very great trade-off. If you are considering way sick, I would very highly recommend taking this place out. When they say guaranteed payment plans also, they mean it.

Terrible customer service tool time off work for me and my spouse and drove all the way to this office in the middle of the day to be told the Dr. Called in sick. A phone call morning of would have allowed us to change our plans and avoid unnecessarily driving 1 hour round trip. Also they should have a back up... Secondary Sr. You can call in? Alternate location options.
