I have been getting my glasses from here for a few years now. Absolutely fantastic service. They just repaired my frames that I got about two years ago with no hassle and no additional cost. Great selection, great staff. Highly recommend this place.

If I could have I would put in no stars! I have been coming to this place for the last 6 years but will never come back. My vision insurance recently change and when I called to give them (person on the other call was a Dude) but instead of listening he kept telling me they don't take this vision insurance and he has been doing this for x amount of years and all of his supervisors don't know anything about it. I said that their website shows them as covered but he kept insisting that they don't. Anyhow, I asked them to please check and gave them my info. Afterwards, Lisa left a voicemail to inform me that they do take it. When I called back and the same dude answered and I asked if I can talk to Lisa but instead after 10 minutes of waiting the phone call ended. Anyway, I think they were good but if this same person continues to work there and don't listen to their customers I think they will lose a lot of business.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Louis at Visionworks! From the moment I first walked in for my eye exam and new glasses, Louis was absolutely awesome. He made the whole process easy, smooth, and even fun. His ability to hold a great conversation while making me feel completely comfortable was truly second to none.
Today, I came back in for a quick adjustment, and once again, Louis went above and beyond. He handled my glasses with such care and made sure everything was perfect before I left. He truly made my day, and I left feeling taken care of and appreciated.

I loved this place the doctor was so helpful, and all the staff were amazing BUT THE ONE OTHER GUYS HE WAS RUDE!! the lady in the front is such a sweat heart, then there's is the other guy in the front he was SUPER RUDE, when I asked for questions he didn't wanna tell me, gave me the wrong thing for my glasses and on top of that he forgot to checked me out they didn't charged me for the exams because he forgot since he was being so rude and impatient today I got a call that he had forgotten to check me out and got charge. He shouldn't be helping people if he doesn't know how to be polite and friendly and provide basic information

Fantastic service, ophthalmologist and support staff extremely accommodating and friendly, I made an appointment and purchased cool new frames and lenses in about an hour, nice selection of frames and professional advice, nice location, great coupon events, very enthusiastically recommended! No pressure, the customer is always in the driver's seat. Should you have issues with your eyewear, they will cheerfully provide technical advice and support.
