I am diabetic and must have a yearly eye exam. I have been going to Kosnoski (in Fairwood) for many years. It is obvious the people in this office enjoy working at Kosnoski's. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I always look forward to my visits. And Dr. Kosnoski is top shelf. I highly recommend Kosnoski Eye Care.

AVOID THIS SCAM CLINIC!!!!!
Second time there just to try to get a contact lenses prescription that I already paid, on my first visit they were extremely pushy trying to make me get 8 Boxes of contacts for $2000 I didn't accept, they wouldn't charge me for my contacts prescription through my insurance "doctor's recommendation" anyway they didn't give me my prescription, CHARGED ME and MY INSURANCE, and when I called through the phone to pay for the contacts prescription charged me again, because of their own "policy" couldn't put it in my insurance first. Anyway I go there to try to get my prescription and they literally said because it's their "policy" that new patients must have a follow up appointment to give me a piece of paper... although they already did the exam, they charged me and they have my prescription. This is just abusive and a scam.

I"ve read the negative reviews but i ignored them thinking "it will not happen to me." I SHOULD'VE listened. I was 20minutes early since i dont want to be shoved away like other customers. But felt the very first time i stepped in, ambiance was unwelcome. Front desk was busy on the phone - no acknowledgment "we'll be right with you," no nothing. I just waited for her to finish. When she was done talking, "what's your last name?" were her first words. I dont expect special treatment, but com'on, be professional and show customer ethics. Another lady came out, just walking by ignoring my presence (it may not be part of her job to acknowledge people in but she and the front desk lady were both frowning). I told myself in those few minutes i stepped in "i will NEVER come back here!"
