Miller Eye Care

New insurance means new provider and this office didn't disappoint. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff around eye care and eyeglasses. My whole family has enjoyed the experience. This is the type of setting to be a lifelong family eye care clinic!

I have been going to this clinic for over 30 years. The doctors here really care about their patients!! I have been living in Arizona for the last 5 years and I fly up for my eye exams!! My employer is near there (I work remote), I have my co-workers even going here and they love this office! I refuse to go anywhere else. The office staff, Jill and Dr. Chung are all very friendly, professional, and caring. They say if you find a good doctor you will go out of your way to keep them! That is exactly what I will do and continue to do! I absolutely love this office and its staff!!! I couldn't be happy going anywhere else! If you're looking for a great optometrist (eye doctor), I recommend coming here, you won't regret it!!!!

I've been going to Miller Eye Care for years. Dr. Miller and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently saw Dr. Cheung and he was great! He patiently answered all of my questions and reviewed my test results in detail. I highly recommend Miller Eye Care!

First time seeing eye doctor in Washington. Bigger bodied and LGBTQ friendly. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful. Very comfortable environment. Dr Matthew is one of the most knowledgeable optometrists that I have ever met. Went into detail about the problems I was experiencing and how to help my eyes for the future. It was worth the couple weeks booked time. They are booked out for a reason you will get quality care and treatment. Thank you all!

I had an excellent experience. I received helpful reminders in the days leading up to my appointment. There was a quick intake process when I arrived. Miller Eye Care has a capable, experienced, friendly staff. Dr. Cheung is thorough, knowledgeable and informative. I really appreciate the information that he provides about the health of my eyes and his recommendations for care at home. He also patiently answers my questions. I also appreciate the digital imaging equipment, which meant no dilation was required and provided an image for Dr. Cheung to review with me.

The office is lovely, modern, and welcoming. Dr. Cheung is excellent: he's young and current on newer technologies for eye care as well as the human element. I was very impressed with him and learned more about my eyes then I have from the last three eye doctors combined.

After reading multiple reviews, I decided to give this establishment a try. Big mistake! I try to give every business 100 points before using them. This business lost all of those points. First, the wait time, 20 minutes, in a very crowded wait room was miserable, not enough chairs, so I had to stand, with a broken foot. Next, the "thorough" exam was maybe ten minutes. Next, the doctor did not seem to want to hear or answer my questions. Third, the doctor refused to give me a prescription for new glasses. Fourth, I was told my current broken glasses could be fixed and that I was next in line to see the optical specialist. Two other people came in after I was told I was next in line and saw the optician before me, another 30 minute wait, again having to stand. Fifth, the optician could not fix my glasses, but attempted to somewhat make them wearable. However, she kept my glass case. Fragile glasses without a case is a disaster. The "repair" lasted one day. Sixth, the optician told me to go someplace else to have them repaired, but gave no suggestion where. Seventh, I paid a $10 deductible required by my vision insurance. They were never billed. Instead my medical insurance was billed. I was never reimbursed the $10. Substandard care was the name of the game from this rip off business.
