Excellent customer service!!! Needed an emergency appointment because I am from out of town and they were able to help me. Staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable. If I lived in town, I would immediately switch my eye doctor to them. Kind staff, great phone support, and nice environment. 10/10 would visit again

Our first time experience as new patients was very good. The staff and doctors were excited to welcome us as new patients. Dr. Bernardi methodically walked us through the steps for the eye examination and talked to is of our concerns and his assessments of the health of both my wife's eyes and myself. We would consider Oceanclear Eyecare to be our primary eyecare clinic going forward.

I had a phenomenal experience at OceanClear Eyecare. Dr. Bernardi was incredibly thorough, walking me through every step of the exam with logic and clear detail. I've never had a provider take the time to answer all my questions in such an easy-to-understand way. What really stood out was the complete lack of sales pressure. Instead of pushing expensive in-house frames, the doctor actually helped me find deals on Amazon that suited my specific needs. It's rare to find this level of honesty and genuine care in eye care. If you want an eye doctor who prioritizes your health and budget over their bottom line, this is the place to go!

I went in for an eye exam, and was able to use my VSP benefits with an affordable co-pay. The doctor was prompt,courteous, and professional, and I intend to chose this office when I need my next exam.

Great place to get your eyecare service. Dr. Wendy and Vincent were super patient with all my questions and happy to let take my time in the office to pick out frames and lens. Highly recommend.

I've been using eyeglasses for over 30 years. I was looking for a local place that sold Zeiss/Smartlife lenses and found this place. In order to use my insurance, I ended buying Essilor lenses with Crizal S-HR coating. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. I was able to reuse my favorite Titanium frames. The prices were reasonable in comparison to others stores in the area. I got my eyeglasses in about two weeks. What I liked the most is the quality of the lenses. The lenses were flawless when I got them. Something that can be hard to find these days. The eyeglasses are rimless so that's another thing. They did a great job setting it up, monumental work. They definitely work with a great lab. I'll be returning here next year!

I am surprised to see the recent good reviews. I came here because of the good reviews but I did not have the same good experience. My initial visit was fine, but my second visit that was $60 for the contact fitting, the doctor was late to work which left me waiting. After choosing contacts, I was told I need to come back for a second fitting and they wouldn't give my prescription. I came back to pick up my contacts and was told I need to schedule the fitting after I wear the contacts for awhile to see how they are. I asked for my prescription again but was told I need to come back for it after they can confirm the contacts work for me. At this point I had spent 80 minutes driving back and forth to this building and very frustrated. It also was surprising to find they don't allow voicemails so you must call during business hours to reach someone by phone which isn't convenient if you work during the day. I requested my contact prescription again through their online request system and hoping I don't have to drive another 40 minutes round trip to get it in person for them to try to sell me on buying contacts from them versus online.

I have been going for almost 15 years, Dr. Wendy Kuo is absolutely the best and I loved every appointment with her!
