Dr stern-green was AMAZING, super quick but thorough exam, even made dilating my eyes a breeze. Great bedside manner. Sheena was a super friendly tech and the whole team made the appointment so fun. Follow up care is free (I've had some dry eye issues) and they've continued to be so helpful. I've never really had one specific eye place I go back to for every exam but I do now!

I rarely give 5 stars! I learned about Dr. Dale when she gave a presentation at our local senior center. I have used Dr. Troyer and Dr. Dale did my cataract surgery. I have never had such a well run group. From scheduling, from the front office staff. I was so well informed on what to expect at every step of preop, surgery, post op and follow up. I can't recommend this group enough. I am so grateful I found them.

My son and I have been going here a couple years now. We have had great experiences. You have to book in advance if you want anything specific, like two appointments back to back, or a certain doctor. My lack of planning meant I got to experience a new doctor this year though and she was great too. Aleksandra Stratton and Jaime Wang were both great. Jeri Burns, Office Manager was very helpful in getting me special receipt documentation for my child support order requirements. Everyone we have encountered at the Sammamish and North Bend offices were great!

I recently saw Dr. Dale for a serious eye infection related to the shingles virus that caused dangerously high eye pressure. Dr. Dale made time to see me immediately and prescribed a treatment plan that has worked wonderfully. Despite her busy schedule, she squeezed me in twice more this week to monitor my progress. She took the time to thoroughly explain the situation and our path forward, which truly put my mind at ease. I am so grateful for Dr. Dale's expertise and the kindness of her professional staff in both Sammamish and North Bend. I highly recommend this office!

I felt like the staff at Arbor genuinely cared about my well being. I had been experiencing some discomfort in my left eye. After a very thorough exam, the Dr decided it was just caused by dryness. She told me to put oil based drops in my eyes, and use a warm compress. I am much relieved.

We provide a range of services from general eye exams for all ages, Glaucoma management, Macular degeneration management, contact lens fittings/contact lens prescriptions, eyeglasses prescriptions, opticians on site for assistance, a full optical with many brands of frames to choose from, an optical lab, surgical services (Cataract, Laser, etc.), Myopia Control, office procedures, urgent care services for eye injuries as well as many more services. Our Ophthalmologist operates at Eastside Surgery Center in Issaquah and sees patients at all of our local hospitals. We care deeply about the health and happiness of all of our patients.
