I had a great experience at this office! Amy at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything easy from the start. Dr. Lee was attentive and patient; she really listened and helped me find the best way to use my glasses for my needs. She offered several options without being pushy and took the time to guide me toward what worked best. It's rare to find both a caring staff and such a thoughtful doctor in the same place. I wish more offices were run like Dr. Lee's!

Woke up to a new issue with my left eye. Contacted New Vision Eye Care and they were able to get me in - same day. Saw Dr. Lee who diagnosed the issue, prescribed an RX to treat it and sold me a product at the clinic to help treat the issue. They also got me scheduled for a follow up before Thanksgiving. I could not be more pleased with the experience.
