Admiral Vision

Amazing office, so beautifully designed with lots of natural lighting coming in! Being in Seattle, finding parking can usually be challenging, but there is plenty of free street parking available near the office. The exam with Dr. Wu was so efficient and professional. He patiently answered all my answers and went over the picture of my eye. Dr. Wu is friendly and makes everything easy to understand. Rachel, the optician, was so patient with me. I struggle with decision paralysis and couldn't figure out a glasses frame that would suit my face well. She was so helpful in finding frames that fit and gave so many helpful suggestions. She put me at ease and we had a great time chatting during the glasses hunt! If you are looking for a new eye doctor and office, I would totally recommend this place!

Wonderful experience here from start to finish! Staff is great and friendly, and they went out of their way to help me find the exact right frame. They even ordered a second color so that I can see all of the options when selecting the. They took care of all of the insurance paperwork as well. Highly recommend!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Dr. Wu, Rachel, and everyone there are so incredibly sweet. I love my glasses and feel very lucky to have found them! I also recently took my mom to get her new glasses as well, she is very hard of hearing and Dr. Wu and Rachel were both super patient with her and took time to be sure she was taken care of. My dads going in next....I cant say enough good things about these folks!

I'm new to West Seattle and was looking for a new eye doctor. Saw Admiral Vision was within walking distance so I decided to give the a try! I emailed them and got a quick response post Labor Day. Communication was quick and easy. I got a notification of my appt the day before and was able to pre-fill all of my information online. Day of, arrived at a super bright, airy, and clean shop. The receptionist was super friendly and clear about insurance fees. The doctor swooped me in for several machine tests and then into another room for the exam. He showed me pictures of my eye (I've never seen them!) and answered all of my questions. He was also good at light convo and putting me at ease. I'm getting to try out some new contacts and ultimately I'm so happy to have found my new optometrist! Great experience overall!

I recently stopped in to have a quick fix to my sun glasses and look at frames. I experienced wonderful customer service, and will be going back to purchase my glasses for sure!

Dr. Wu at Admiral Vision was fantastic! He took the time to explain everything during my eye exam and made sure my glasses and contact lens prescriptions were JUST RIGHT. I used to hate wearing contacts but after Dr Wu changed the brand for me my eyes no longer feel irritated. The whole process was smooth-highly recommend if you're looking for quality eye care!

Had such a great experience with Dr. Wu yesterday! The front desk receptionist was kind and welcoming, and Dr. Wu was very patient, friendly, and helpful. I had some difficulty with the "air puff" test in my eyes that took several attempts to get right, but Dr. Wu was patient and reassured me that it was totally okay to have some difficulty with that test in particular. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and I felt very heard and comfortable overall. It's also very easy to schedule via email - they were also very understanding and flexible with a late notice for a reschedule I had to make. Highly recommend!

Dr. Wu was amazing! He was very efficient with the exam and very clear with his instructions. They have a nice selection of frames. Would recommend to anyone needing a check up or new glasses.
