Getting glasses from here is such a fun and elevated experience! I've been in the shop multiple times and had Skye, Vincent, and Chris style me. Each time they have helped me to find several frames that really suit my style and accentuate my features. They are super thorough in ensuring that the size and fit are just right, all while providing the most helpful, personalized, and down to earth customer service experience. I love how many high quality brands they carry here, and I enjoyed getting to try on funky and unique looking frames. I would definitely come back for another pair of glasses!

I've popped into this store a few times over the years to check out their selection of self-branded frames as well as any frames they might be carrying from other brands. A few months ago, I emailed asking if they had a specific frame from Kuboraum (as they are an official Kuboraum retailer), and though they did not, they offered to special order them with a deposit.
I later emailed about their availability of some Anne & Valentin brand frames in specific colorways. They did not have the frame + colorway combo I was looking for, but invited me to visit to try on the frames in a different color and view different frames in the colorway I was looking for. When I finally made it into the store, I was able to mention my name and they pulled out frames that they had set aside for me. After trying on different frames, they special ordered the exact colorway I wanted.
I've always experienced friendly and helpful service from the folks at Anne & Valentin in Cap Hill! Brett helped me decide on the frame, colorway, and tint shade. Skye helped me process the prescription I brought in, get the final order just right, and make personalized adjustments when the glasses arrived. I would absolutely get another pair of glasses from this store!

Yesterday while on a business trip to Seattle a friend and I had lunch on Capitol hill. While walking back to the car, I noticed a store with the Anne & Valentin logo as the sign. I am from Denver where I purchased and love several pairs of their glasses. I told my friend we had to go in. And when we did we ended up spending part of the afternoon having a fabulous experience. Wonderful! Marvelous! Fantastic! The opticians are totally amazing. I found a new pair that are perfect for me and are more of a current fashion statement than the ones I have from several years ago because they are more modern and cool. Anne & Valentin designs have blown through the roof. I now have gorgeous new glasses and a new look. My friend who is beautiful but has always worn very utilitarian glasses found a frame that literally frames her lovely face. We had a terrific time there and both upped our glasses game so to speak. She texted me later that she "had a blast." The opticians there are actually artists in my mind because I found them in creative mode. And customer service par excellence! They found just the right glasses for us both. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I think this is the best glasses store in Seattle. The glasses they carry are unique and the quality is superb. The people who work there are knowledgeable, amazingly helpful, and fun to work with. I had two pairs of progressives from them and will go back for more. This is my all time favorite go to store for prescription and sunglasses.

There's spots with regular glasses, then there are places like this an eyeglasses museum. They have the coolest eye glasses and sunglasses, I mean MUSEUM quality stuff!!! Super friendly will definitely come back again!
