Ballard Eye, Dr. J. Tyler Conner, aka Ballard Eye Physicians

Dr. Conner has been my eye doctor for 3 years now. He is very patient and empathetic. The thing I love most about seeing him is that he takes the time to explain everything happening during an eye test/ changes in my eyes and I come away feeling confident in my eye care.

I've been going to eye doctors for 30+ years and to Dr. Conner for ~5 years. Dr. Conner is easily the most knowledgeable, caring and attentive eye doctor I have ever had. He has a level of excitement and knowledge about eyes that I've not encountered before. He regularly has given me information and tips that I never heard before.

Dr. Connor was our eye care provider for close to 20 years. He is friendly and helpful and thoroughly professional. He is excellent with those who have diabetes. We were sorry to leave his care when we moved to another state. It will be difficult to find another!

Been coming to Dr Conner for 7 or 8 years now and highly recommend his office! I appreciate being able to communicate over txt message with their office. Has always gotten me great prescriptions and high quality lenses. I've purchased many sets of glasses and rx sunglasses as well.

I've been with Dr. Conner for nearly 20 years and he has taken great care of me. He runs his practice with a personal touch that you just don't seem to see in most of medicine. He is always very friendly and goes above and beyond for his customers. One time he even came out to give me a jump start when I left the headlights on and ran down my car's battery!

Dr. Connor has been caring for my eyes for 20 years. He is qualified, professional, caring and has reasonable prices. He also has been caring for my wife's vision for the same length of time, and makes sure she receives the proper glasses.

Went in for pain regarding a clogged tear duct as my regular doctor told me that's what was bothering me. Went to the office 2 hours after my regular doctor appointment cuz my problem has been going on for now a month and I want it gone. Tyler was not only rude to me but rushed me "you have a lot of stuff" like yeah I know thanks. When he took me back into the area to be seen, he kept interrupting me and not listening to me when I was telling him my symptoms. He made it all about my vision and not the eye pain. Like yes I have a vision problem, but that's not why I came in. He gave me a solution that I could've gotten from Google and the problem hasn't gone away. In fact, my right eye is starting to experience the same problem. Over 100 dollars was spent on an answer Google could've told me and no actual solutions. Tldr: Tyler is rude and doesn't listen. Save your money and go somewhere else

Dr. Conner took excellent care of my eyes for many years, always going above and beyond, in terms of quality customer service. I'm grateful to him, and I hope I can find an eye doctor in my new town that is even half as good as he is!
