Crappy business doing well in a high-demand in an area with low expectations.
Lens popped out after a year and they would not fix. After a year of gluing it myself, it broke around the temple/arm from me snapping it into place. Do not recommend this shop.
When I first went, the gentleman helping me buy insinuated I was poor for going with a plain pair. Ok. But you've been trying to upsell since I stepped in, so who's really desperate?
Upon return, the front desk was condescending but theres a sign to leave a good review.
Finally, it's impossible to get off their mailing/texting list. You don't take my insurance anymore so why are you still contacting me, AGAINST my permission? Stupid.

I had a great experience getting my questions answered about contact lenses. I opted for the photographs of my eyes, and the Optometrist (Dr. Hart) was able to use those images to explain Lutein, which I also had questions about.
He was very good at asking questions, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
I have the option to get eyeglasses, and they helped with all the information for that. They had so many styles, and I already see some that I might consider if I decide to get a set!
Everyone was very sweet, It was all around a great experience. I love that the clinic is walking distance from my home, too!

Friendly, professional staff in a convenient location. It's easy to schedule an appointment and I appreciate the time each staff member takes to explain each procedure and to explain each of the multiple options where applicable. My exams are always thorough and I feel comfortable knowing that the whole team is looking out for my eye health. There are a lot of great options available for glasses and other vision tools.

The doctors and front of house staff at Broadway Vision are all great. I like that I've seen some of the same faces year after year. My favorite thing about using their services is that they were willing to make things right when I had a problem with my prescription and then a glasses lens. My only complaint is that when ownership changed in 2024, they moved the lens-making operations offsite. I used to choose frames with an optician who'd be the same person making my lenses, so not only was it fast and easy to get the finished pair, but I felt more confident they'd be made correctly. My last pair after the new owner took over took about a month to arrive because something was wrong so they had to be sent back offsite to be corrected. If you like supporting local businesses and can afford to wait a while for your glasses, then this is a great place to go.

This place is no longer what it used to be. They changed the doctor, new one is not as good, she tries to do more and more invasive tests and reduces the amount of your prescription. The place is also now super expensive. I

Awful experience with doctor Charles.
I do understand that the clinic does not provide contact lenses remover plunger. But I totally cannot understand why the doctor has to be so mean to me and says I need to be given training sessions even after I explained humbly the inconvenience because of the gel extension on my nails.
And I cannot accept the look of impatience on his face. Not having English as my native language is not my fault. As an O.D, isn't the knowledge and expertise not exactly for explaining terms to patients that they don't understand? Or is he just simply a misogynist?
Kind receptionists, nice environment. Won't go back.
