Needed someone to replace a missing nosepad from glasses purchased in Korea. Called several opticians with little luck until David at Cascade Optical encouraged me to stop by saying he was pretty optimistic we could find a fix. And he did! It's rare and wonderful to find kind and positive people. It's worth stopping by just to renew your faith in good things!

I am very pleased with all of my several visits at this clinic. The doctor knows my history and she has a very personable manner. All staff are professional and friendly and appear to know how to perform their tasks at the highest level. I have also had an opportunity to speak with corporate representatives on an order that did not meet expectations (theirs or mine). They handled the situation as well as possible - much to my benefit and their detriment. A very classy way of handling the situation. I recommend without any hesitation.

They collected all my information and set an appointment just to cancel it later and redirect me to their other location or get a refund. Might seem like a no-loss-no-gain situation, but this is a lot of time wasted, and I don't feel it's right for them to have collected all my PII just to cancel.
