Solange gave us great service! She saved our butts on Christmas Eve. My sister's father in law had one of his lenses fall out of his glasses. He called around and this was only place open. She saw us swiftly, and took the extra time to make sure his glasses fit perfectly. Would recommend this place for anyone.

I rate a company based on their ability to provide a service, but more importantly, on how they provide a service when the final product does not meet the expectations of the client. Well, Solange was remarkable in resolving the issue and went beyond my expectations to provide me with the updated product ,that met my needs, a day before I went on vacation. She takes real pleasure in pleasing her customers and has many repeat clients as a consequence. She gets a feel for your taste and personality and can match frames to you from her international frame selection. This is not your ordinary selection of frames, and not your usual optical store. Camille & my new glasses exceed all expectations. I came here simply because my glasses never fit quite right - - and now, of course, they do. Camille won't let you buy glasses that don't fit! I wasn't expecting, however, to see the world differently - and now I do. She grinds her own lenses, and even though my prescription is unchanged (from my previous glasses), everything is distinctly clearer, and my vision shifts smoothly through all the progressive angles. I've never been able to read my computer screen with progressives, but now I can. Everything looks clearer and feels easier. Wow! It's like a miracle.

Camille and staff are the best. I'm a very high myop and very hard to fit. Camille is the best I've had, and I've been to many opticians. I now let her pick frames for me and she does an excellent job. I get compliments daily ( no exaggeration) on my eye wear. Truly a gem.

Wonderful, personal experience. Can only rave about the service and the lenses. Why would a reviewer give a business two stars when all they never ordered glasses there? Weird. You'll love this place. Unique, fabulous frames, excellent lenses. Best in Seattle.
