The eye exam was fine. They got my prescription right. BUT No matter if I just bought $300 frames from them a year ago, they can't use the same frames because they might "damage them" and be "liable", and I always fell for it. Then I went to another clinic because I have enough frames, and they had no problem just replacing the lenses. I wonder what other extras they were upselling me that were unnecessary. The woman who sold me all these frames even hesitated before she gave me this pitch last time. She gave me this look like, she's not sure if I'm gonna fall for it again. But I did.

Dr. Hua and desk associates are excellent. The doctor is thorough, engaging, explains all exams and why. I couldn't be more pleased with her. Allison was a great help with tech exam, recommending and pulling glasses for me to try on, and paperwork. It was all easy and pleasant.

I really liked the care I received from Dr. Hua. She was patient during the exam and took the time to explain a variety of topics to me. She discussed the benefits of progressive lenses vs bifocals and didn't pressure me either way. I find that sometimes the doctors push the progressives. I am very happy with the glasses I chose and the prescription is perfect. The staff took the time to fit my glasses perfectly. They said I could come back to have them maintained for the life of the glasses and reminded me to be careful down the elevator with my new glasses. Very professional.
