I had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Stephen Nevett and Associates (located in the back of the Northgate Lens Crafters).
From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. The staff made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The doctor was knowledgeable and caring, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. It's so convenient having such an amazing eye care place right there, and it's clear they truly care about their patients. This will definitely be my new go to spot for all my eye care needs. Highly recommend!

I loved my associate Travis. He gave me a wonderful experience when picking out frames and was oh so very helpful. I would give him high marks for knowledge and customer service. I only gave 3 stars because the doctor was over an hour late for our appointment time, and the selection of frames, I felt, was limited.

I visited this eye center about 3-4 months ago and had a great experience. My doctor, Ashley Abiva, was super friendly and supportive. She made me feel comfortable during the whole check-up. After the eye test, they gave me helpful suggestions and explained everything clearly. I don't have vision insurance, so I was worried about the cost, but they were very honest and straightforward. They told me the fixed price ahead of time and stuck to it--no surprises. I really appreciate their care and service.

Terrible experience. Called 4 times over 3 weeks, emailed multiple times trying to have the doctor update my prescription from bi-weekly to daily. No one ever got back to me. Receptionists are also rude.
