When asked for a copy of my medical record on June 17, I was told by the receptionist Dr. Roh doesn't allow her to release medical records until balances are paid in full. I asked for a release of medical records form, was denied the request, was asked to pay 15$, a woman gave me my glasses back which I was told would be replaced at no charge, and asked to leave.
