I am definitely overdue for writing this review. I have been seeing Dr. Zollman since my childhood and he is the only one that I trust ! He is professional and transparent. I never feel rushed or dismissed as a patient . He always takes his time to listen and thoroughly answer any questions/ concerns that I have. Dr. Zollman has a caring attitude and is patient, thorough, and takes time to listen to and address concerns. Thus far, I have been very happy with his professional care. However, the booking staff could do a bit better. Sometimes, the wait times, once in the office for appointments, can run long. Allow time for a wait. I have no complaints regarding Dr. Zollman's care and highly recommend him.

He explains everything in both the clinical and lay manner so I have an excellent understanding of what he's doing, and why, my test results, and my specific conditions. He thoughtfully answers my questions until I am are satisfied.He's professional and personable and has an excellent chair side manner. And it's very clear that he reviews your chart before he comes to your appointment.

Dr. Zollman takes as much time as needed to hear your concerns, explain what the problem is and what the different treatment options are.
He naturally cultivates that 'Dr./Patient' relationship which was once prevalent in our culture but has disappeared years ago.
I just have a feeling that he is as devoted, caring and focused on his other patients as he is with me. He has been a big help to me and is a great asset to Eye Associates NW.

Dr. Zollman is the best eye doctor I've ever seen! He was patient, kind, and reassuring during my scary diagnosis! He was persistent in recommending additional blood work to help figure out the alarming damage in my eyes and what was causing it!
