Dr. Thao Phuong Le, MD

I trust Dr. Le with all of my heart and esp my eyeballs. From start to finish, she was a stellar professional who made every step feel comfortable and stress free. She explained everything clearly, never rushed, and genuinely made me feel cared for (which is huge when someone is working near your eyes). Her team was just as wonderful...kind, welcoming, and super informative. Scheduling an appointment was easy, the office was also easy to find. If you're looking for an eye doctor who's both highly skilled and genuinely lovely, Dr. Le is it!!

I would Dr Le ten stars if I could. Incredibly knowledgeable and skillful surgeon and ophthalmologist. Lovely person as well who listens to her patients and explains problems and procedures clearly and carefully. She did my cataract surgery; her whole team was exceedingly competent and kind. Very happy to have found her (recommended by UW Medicine).

Literally no flexibility. Was late 15 minutes, yes it's my bad. I checked she have flexibility for the day, but she won't allow rescheduling same day as a type of punishment or something. She did have an availability an hour later, I offered to wait but the answer because you was late today you won't be seen today.

Over the years, Dr. Le has consistently provided stellar care and has resolved various eye concerns with utmost professionalism. Her genuine care for her patients is evident in every interaction, making each visit comfortable and reassuring. I always feel informed and confident in my eye care under her guidance. I highly recommend Dr. Le to anyone in need of an excellent ophthalmologist.

Dr. Le and her staff made the whole experience of cataract surgery easy. Dr Le thoroughly explained the process, listened to my needs and my history with lenses and spent the time necessary to give me the best correction. The surgery staff was very calm and professional. Dr Le explained everything she was doing during the surgery which was very reassuring. Follow up visits were thorough and complete. I am very pleased with the outcome.

When I arrived at Dr. Le's office I was warmly greeted and checked in efficiently and quickly. I didn't wait long before Dr. Le's assistant (don't know her official title) came to get me to do the pre-exam testing that needs to be done. She was very cheerful, knowledgeable and personable as she was doing the various tests. In only a few minutes Dr. Le entered the room with a smile and was cheerful and even had the nerve to crack a joke. She was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable right away she looked at my eyes and immediately educated me about what was happening. She calmed my fear and anxiety. She set my world aright again. If you're looking for a new ophthalmologist I highly recommend Dr. Le. I will definitely be returning.

Words cannot express how amazing Dr. Thao Le truly is! She is the most professional, genuine, caring, and detail-oriented physician I have ever seen and I am so thankful I had the opportunity to see her! With Dr. Le I felt truly listened to and cared for. Prior to seeing Dr. Le I felt scared about what I was going through and felt unwell from a physicial and emotional standpoint. However when I saw Dr. Le, she took the time to understand how I was feeling, communicated clearly to me what I was going through, and provided me with a tailored treatment plan, all while she had a warm smile and presence about her. For the first time in so long I felt well physically, emotionally, and mentally and it would not have been possible without Dr. Le! Thank you Dr. Le, I appreciate you so much and feel so much better after seeing you!!

I had been going to my Eye Doctor for over 20 years, (wearing glasses, and contact lens for 60 years) asking if there was anything he could do for my eyes to better my vision, he always said no, I decided to get a 2nd opinion, and I found Dr. Le, and I thank God daily I did, she not only improved my eye sight to 20/20, I no longer wear glasses!! I cannot thank her enough! She's brilliant, she listened, and runs a tight ship. She's very efficient with her time, and values your time, as well. Her staff is amazing, friendly and fun! Thank you Dr. Le, there is no way to thank you for the gift of my sight!
