I'd been dealing with an eyelid papilloma for a year while other doctors told me it would get better on its own. The staff here were able to get me in very quickly. Dr. Heffernan checked it out and was actually able to remove it right away! I wish I had been referred to him sooner. Super professional staff. Highly recommend!

I came here after going to the er twice and urgent care twice. My appointment to see this doctor was a little far out so I got it moved up earlier. Drove downtown Seattle from Tacoma all to have my concerns dismissed and not addressed. I told everything that was going on and the repeated answer was just I will send your prescription over. That was the answer to everything I said I asked if the dry eye condition was something to be concerned about or look out for. The answer was I'll send the prescription over. I asked about why whatever was going on wasn't draining. Same answer. I was told even if it doesn't go away don't worry about it, it won't harm anything. I'm here because of the irritation it's causing. I've been to the urgent care and we because of the swelling and irritation in my eye. So the answer is don't worry about it? I'll be finding another specialist.

This was my first time at this office and I'm impressed. Now, I'm not easily impressed, I won't often leave reviews if a place is good but didn't leave a lasting impression, but this office imparts professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and respect. They answered all my questions with patience and follow through, never making me feel foolish, but also with a sense of calm and lightness that made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and trusting in their expertise and experience. I'm so glad this office was recommended to me as the last place I went to was a hot mess...

In addition to excellent medical care, all of the staff from receptionist to the Docs are attentive, punctual, and good communicators. Dr. Whitehead spent a generous amount of time with me as a first-time patient and explained alternatives clearly. His dry sense of humor helps the tone of an inherently stressful situation: eye surgery. The nurses are all friendly and soothing.

The office exudes confidence.The surgery was mostly painless.i wanted to continue wearing glasses. Do not want to be without them after 65 years. Absolutely forgot that I will need to get a prescription for near sight with a fix for computer glare! Oh well, nothing to make a fuss over. I have had a very good experience and a better life without the pesky cataracts..

This Seattle location lacks compassion. The Burien location was a great experience. We left early from West Seattle, but we ended up in gridlock traffic. I called them 30 min into the commute to tell them we may be 10 min late. She said we should probably reschedule, that their grace period is only 10 min. Being stuck in traffic and missing work to do so, I wanted to try. We arrived to Madison parking garage 5 min before the scheduled appt. The parking garage was packed. The spot I secured was so tight, I had to wait for a line of cars so I could back out and offload my mother and her wheelchair. The doors from the garage are not automatic, nor is the door to the clinic, setting us further back. We got to the desk 13 minutes after the scheduled appt. time, so 3 minutes after the "grace period". They would not see her, even after checking in the back to see if they could "break the rules". They would not budge. Beware if you have mobility issues! The parking situation is horrible and getting to the clinic is a trek with multiple doors that are difficult to get a wheelchair through. You will be denied after 10 minutes and still have to pay $3 for parking. We will be scheduling at another location.

I had an eye infection emergency and got the appointment on the same day I called. Dr. Alexandra Matejczyk was kind and informative. My whole family seeks help from this clinic when we have an eye problem.

Evergreen eye center front desk staff and doctors were very friendly and cared about my feelings and experience. They listened intently as my optometrist never sent my records to them. Thank you for making a hard day allot easier
