Wait times are insane to pick up contact lenses. I waited one whole hour to get contacts swapped. No system whatsoever to filter the people who are here to get fitted v. Pick up. No appointments are in place solve this old fashioned system.

I had a fantastic experience for my first time with eye care at KP on Cap Hill. Daniel checked me in and was kind and knowledgeable; took detailed notes. Dr. Toner is full of life, energy, humor and personality! She is also very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining my eye care needs. She took my medical history into account and recommended me for additional appointments. I appreciate the focus on preventative care--really thinking about maintaining eye health. Excited to have a new eye doctor!

Kaiser vision and eye shop are the absolute pits. You can't get an appointment online so you have to call them during work hours, then you wait a month. The eye shop still thinks there is a covid lockdown going on and only allow one person in the store (seriously, to look for glasses). Totally dysfunctional. Luckily my employer no longer covers Kaiser eyecare so I am forced to go elsewhere. Best news I had in a while.

This place is infuriating. Not only do you need your number called just to look at glasses, their "new" take-a-number kiosk works very poorly. It consistently skips over people for long swaths of time, until they either leave in frustration or demand to be served (justifiably) while another customer is being seen.
What's worse, there is rarely more than one person working at a time. Until they make changes to their broken queueing system, I would recommend going almost anywhere else.

Went in today to have my contact lenses fitted and my experience with Dominique was a 10/10. She was welcoming, patient, encouraging, and funny. It took several tries to get them in and with her coaching and rooting for me, made my first ever contact lens fitting experience wholesome and amazing! Thank you Dominique and thank you Dr. Toner!!!

I've had nothing but positive experiences with the team at KP Eye Care in Capitol Hill. The sales people are always so nice - and they take their time to take proper measurements. I found glasses I really like in the shop, but of course glasses choices are subjective. They carry designer glasses, in addition to reasonably priced brands. It's certainly not the coolest frame selection in town, but for a basic pair of everyday glasses, they're great.

Great staff--helpful, personable and knowledgeable. Staff went above and beyond to get the glasses frame lens and fit to be perfect, especially during pandemic lab delays. I worked with Erica, a Manager, and Kim mostly. Erica suggested a pair of glasses i would never have tried and ive been receiving compliments ever since. Lab delays and their impact in 2021 are the only reason for 4 star review rather than 5. My eye doctors were great too.

The staff here are incredibly rude. I called them for the first time to ask a question about my glasses and the woman who answered the phone had a very rude tone of voice and was speaking loudly and slowly to me as if I was a child. The phone call kept cutting in and out and I shared this with her. The woman responded, "Yeah I don't know what to tell you." They should have a protocol for when there are connectivity issues.
