My old eye doctor was ignoring my requests for treatment of chronic dry eye, so I thought I would try Eye Clinics of Seattle. They immediately proposed additional treatments, including a prescription strength drop. It was the first time in over a year I had gotten true relief from that condition. I'm happy to report that my dry eye has almost completely resolved thanks to their efforts. I highly recommend this office and feel confident they are taking good care of my eyesight. Thank you!!!

It was a New Years Eve Miracle - but I got in very last minute on probably the busiest day for most healthcare places with HSA/FSA orders/appointments. From the minute I walked in, everyone working had a smile and was so kind. Front desk, tech, doctor, etc. Everyone was fabulous and was super helpful with the process! Highly recommend :)

When their Queen Anne branch was under renovation, we used the Ballard branch for 1-2 years. Unfortunately there were always delays to get answers/responses like getting a copy of our glass prescriptions, or seeking clarification on the recommended myopia consultant. Our family ended up finding a clinic on the east side.

Remarkably, over that time the doctors and staff haven't changed much (a testament to how well they are treated and their skill and professionalism at their jobs). My favorite is Dee Dee, who has fitted us for glasses all these years. What a collection of stars! In shifting world, this sort of consistent excellence is hard to find.

My old optometrist retired and so I needed to find a new one. I chose Eye Clinics of Seattle for their reviews, locations, the optomap machine, and ease of scheduling. I had my old clinic forward on my records to them which they received. I saw Dr. Russ and she was a wonderful doctor who spent the time to explain to me everything about my vision and answer any questions I had during my appointment. I had Lee as the optician who helped me with replacing my lenses on my sunglasses and showed me the difference between my old prescription and new ones. When my sunglasses were ready, I received an email and text notifying me so and I was able to come in that day to pick them up. I am very satisfied with my service here and recommend them!

She was professional, skilled, knowledgeable, kind, generous and positive in every interaction. She spent HOURS with me to help resolve my questions and concerns. I have never received this level of service in any business. She was committed to my satisfaction, and went above and beyond to give it to me. Thank you Shana--you are brilliant.
