I haven't needed to visit often, but every experience here has been excellent. I was seen on time, and even a little early, at my last appointment. The team clearly explained my eye health, the recommendations, and the reasons behind them. I also needed eyeglasses for the first time and was really happy with the process. They spent plenty of time helping me choose the right frames and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Easy to recommend if you're looking for a great eye clinic.

Exceptional honesty and professional advice!I had a fantastic experience interacting with (( Mr. Paul Knight )) at Optical Queen Anne. I live in California and was originally looking to place an online order for a pair of Dita Lancier glasses, not realizing they primarily focus on in-store patients at their Seattle location.
Even though it turned out they couldn't fulfill my online request, Paul spent a significant amount of time educating me on why progressive lenses require precise, in-person measurements for the best results. Instead of just turning me away, he provided expert advice on 'Segment Height' and even shared a store locator to help me find a local dealer here in California.
It's rare to find this level of honesty and customer care--prioritizing a patient's vision quality over a quick sale. If I ever visit Seattle, this will be my first stop. Highly recommended for their expertise and integrity!

I still travel to this office no matter where I live in the city. They're always super friendly and accommodating. For example, this week I accidentally arrived an hour early for an appointment and they moved the drs schedule around to fit me in.
I have a pretty strong prescription and they always go above and beyond to make sure that I can get the best contacts comfort for my eyes available in my prescription. Also love their selection of frames and the opticians who provide great feedback on how thicker lenses will look on certain frame shapes and sizes.

Hubby's glasses broke and we are from out of town. It was really an emergency because let's just say he used to have coke bottle bottom glasses. The staff at this office were so kind and understanding. They got us right in and before we knew it the glasses were fixed and he could see again . Highly recommend this clinic.

Had such a positive experience here today! I was greeted right away and seen at my appointment time. Staff were friendly and efficient. I also wasn't pushed to purchase any frames or anything I didn't come for. Optometrist was personable, walked me through my exam in a timely manner, and only addressed the things I asked for.
