Exceptional Care & Service I've had such a great experience at Eye Clinics of Seattle. Dr. Irani gave me one of the most thorough eye exams I've ever had. I truly felt heard--she explained everything she was seeing along the way and made sure all my questions were answered. I've since returned for dry eye treatment with IPL, and even after just two sessions my eyes already feel so much better. The whole team has been fantastic. Beth has been incredibly organized getting me set up for all my treatments, and Joey and Brittany have made the checkout process smooth every time. In optical, Eric helped me get into my first pair of progressives and broke down my benefits in a way that was super easy to understand. I'd highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for personalized care instead of feeling like just a number at Costco. Truly top-notch service and quality across the board.

Very well kept and professional clinic. The receptionist was friendly and warm. The gentleman in the optical store was extremely kind and resourceful. The young lady that did my daughter's pre-screening was nice. Giving 4 stars because the only thing wrong with the visit was the pediatric doctor. I can't tell you her name because she didn't introduce herself to us. Bedside manner was lacking, think she may have been having a bad day. I repeated something that I mentioned at the start of the visit but at the end, she acted like it was the first time I mentioned it because she obviously wasn't tuned in.

I had a great experience at Eye Clinics of Seattle on Roosevelt, where they carry a selection of frames for small faces. Eric Lutovsky (the optical manager) is amazing! His customer service was superb from beginning to end. He went out of his way to help me, and even invited me to come in while the sales rep was there so I could try all the frames of that brand. Each step of the way, he was kind, caring, patient, and generous. He shared his vast expertise to help me find a great fit. He is the very best!! Update: There was a defect with my frame and lenses, and Eric got both of them replaced for no charge. He made sure the new specs were fitting and working well. Once again, his customer service was exceptional! Thank you, Eric!

Dr. Young and her team are fantastic. Dr. Young is extremely knowledgeable and can create a specialized and personalized plan for anyone's unique issues. The reception staff have always done an excellent job of returning my messages and answering all of my questions.

Dr. Bergstrom delivered the most thorough comprehensive eye exam I've had in Seattle: precise vision testing, clear explanations, and zero sales pressure. The clinic uses modern tech (think retinal imaging/OCT/Optomap) to screen for glaucoma, cataracts, myopia, and astigmatism, then dials in glasses and contact lens fitting like a pro. Bedside manner? A+--equal parts calm, kind, and "wow, I finally understand my prescription." I walked in seeing "Seattle gray," and walked out seeing individual raindrops--crisp, high-definition raindrops. TL;DR: Smart tech, stellar care, fast visit, sharp vision. Exceptional Service from Devin! I'm probably one of the most fussy eyeglass shoppers out there, and Devin was endlessly patient with me. He always remembered which frames I liked (and didn't!) and even reached out when new styles arrived that he thought I might like. He never got impatient and always went the extra mile. I've truly never experienced such exceptional customer service. Devin made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free, and I highly recommend Eye Clinics of Seattle - Roosevelt!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Irani was patient and thorough in answering my questions, and so was another staff member who helped me pick out new glasses afterwards. This other staff member (wish I could recall her name) was also very helpful in helping me understand my vision coverage in a way that helps me get the most out of my vision benefit, when I have two pairs of prescription glasses (one for distance, one for reading). I recommend this clinic!
