Some of the best customer service experienced EVER! It's refreshing to find a business where every employee shows that they care. Almost something of a bygone era. They go the extra mile and make you feel like a VIP. My husband had some highly custom lenses done by them and they were able to put them in his Meta frames. He also bought a new set of frames, choosing from their amazing selection. They have so many choices- something for everyone! Ultimately everything is five star! Every person there is absolutely awesome and we appreciate them!

I always have a great experience here, they really know how to deliver excellent customer service. I've bought a couple frames over the past five years, and I was a little hesitant about my most recent pair. Thankfully, the staff encouraged me to go for them because they fit me well, and they were right, I get compliments on them all the time. They have a great selection of high-quality, unique frames. They're on the pricier side, but so worth it. Also I've lost count of how many times I've stopped in for adjustments because I'm not the best at taking care of my frames. So huge shoutout to Briar for consistently giving stellar service every time I come in.

I went in with my partner over the weekend. John was extremely helpful in supporting us in trying on frames and helping both of us explore styles. He provided a great balance of supporting us and giving space to try everything on.

I had a really good experience here. The space was clean and welcoming, the staff were kind and confident, the doctor was knowledgeable and validating. The tests were more in-depth than any eye exam I've ever had; more than just gaging a prescription, the doctor took the time to evaluate the health of the whole eye. I felt respected and educated. I've been to other places that just checked for a prescription and then got pushy for a frames sale. Eye Eye treated me like a human: they were kind and accommodating, it felt like they were more interested in providing me information then making a sale. I didn't have time (or energy) to shop for frames, and honestly planned on just getting a prescription and ordering online, but this experience has me planning on a return visit to shop frames with them directly. And they take AppleHealth! All that great service for someone with Medicaid was a profound relief. 11/10 would recommend!!

I love visiting! The atmosphere is so chill and futuristic! Each staff member is nice and has a great personality! Dr. Will is legit the best ever! He is very professional and maintains a lovely office. (He totally gives Dr. Mcsteamy vibes ) I am always impressed at the equipment they use! I look forward to my visit and getting cute frames. They have the best selection Ive ever seen! My prescription usually comes in early as well. Only good things to say about this place!

I'm in the Pacific Northwest for a 2-week vacation & broke my prescription glasses on day 4. Eye Eye fixed my glasses and saved my vacation in just 10 minutes. Also gave us some solid recommendations for local museums and restaurants. Great customer service! I'm so thankful!

I'm so happy I decided to come here! As someone who has had a very strong prescription since childhood, getting new glasses has never been fun. I'm limited in what I can get and I never know how they'll look when they have my lenses in. John at eye eye is a delight to be around and also incredibly knowledgeable about high index lenses and was able to pick out multiple really good options that weren't the same black plastic frames I always have. He also adjusted my old glasses and they fit better now than when I first got them. I kind of assumed this place would be really expensive because it's so stylish inside but it's no more expensive than any other Seattle optician I'll be coming here from now on!

I've been going here since 2019 and asked for emergency contacts prescription. They refused and were making me set a new exam. If someone can't see, they can't see. I'd expect better.
