All my experiences at Eyes on You have been wonderful. Everything from first call to glasses pickup have been great. They explain every step very well, including cost, timelines, and your specific vision issues. Dr Lawson is very compassionate and caring, she really wants her clients to be happy and she goes out of her way to make sure you see well and are comfortable with your glasses. Everyone that works here are really nice and knowledgeable.

Love this practice!!! Dr Lawson and her staff are professionals who treat you with respect and kindness. They take the time to give you a personalized experience, and the care and attention that instills trust. After moving away and experiencing eye care in another state I'm seriously considering coming back to Seattle yearly for my annual exam. I don't know if I can find the same quality doctor and exceptional level of care elsewhere.

Dr. Lawson and her staff are excellent. They have helped me fix warranty glasses, and everyone is very nice. They had stopped taking VSP last time I went and I ended up trying the "best" available new lenses. Norolens? or something similar. It ended up being $1000 for lenses alone. Unfortunately I can't afford the glasses here anymore but I'll stop and say hi next time I'm around. Great people, but eye insurance is a scam these days.

I am blown away at the level of care, up to date knowledge, and cutting edge treatment plans Dr. Lawson provides when it comes to dry eye. No doctor has spent so much time with me just on a consultation, listening to my problems, explaining the disease, as well as coming up with a personalized treatment plan. This was truly a VIP experience. I have been through several eye doctors, and most spend at most a few minutes and prescribe something typical to treat the symptoms, but she tries to solve the underlying problem instead. There are very few dry eye specialists in Seattle and I would say Dr. Lawson is absolutely someone you should consider.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bursett's for several years and highly recommend them. She and Andrea are a tight-knit team and make the scheduling process easy (friendly prompts to schedule annual appointments, quick response time and flexible scheduling). Dr. Bursett is communicative in the appointments - explains what she is looking for, and has a calm and kind demeanor. They are also great at helping me pick out new frames and both offer suggestions and opinions which I really appreciate! I have 100% trust in them both, appreciate their personal touch and it feels like I'm visiting "home" at my appointments.
