I was briefly in town and had an unexpected issue with my eyeglass frame. Technician on duty was so nice to do a repair on the spot. Fee was a steal. Also cool that this business has been in operation for 100 years.

I was here in Seattle on a business trip and unfortunately developed an eye infection. It was a very stressful and nerve-wracking experience, especially as I had lost about 50% of my vision. Thankfully, a colleague in Seattle recommended Dr. Man-Yin Lau and I am so grateful for the referral. This was my first time seeing a doctor in the U.S., so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, Dr. Lau immediately put me at ease with her professionalism and expertise. She quickly diagnosed my condition and even scheduled a follow-up appointment before I left, ensuring that my eyes were in good condition before my flight home. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Dr. Lau and Amy (the office manager) for their outstanding care and professionalism throughout the entire process. It truly made a difficult situation much more manageable.

Dr. Lau made me feel unsafe as she demonstrated in our appointment she had engaged in gossip, and also did not inform me I was not to drive following dilation until the moment beforehand (despite knowing during coordination it was to be my first ever eye exam). I received no follow up in regard to this experience despite the direct request.

I've been going to Dr. Lau since I was a teenager. I'm now 26 and can't express how grateful I am to have Dr. Lau as my optometrist. She's super nice and I really have so much trust in her. All the staff are very nice. Scheduling appointments has always been easy throughout all these years.

Got my eye exam done here for the first time. Dr Lau was quick, professional, friendly. I also appreciated not getting pressured to buy glasses or contacts from there like I have at other places. Edit: also went for contact lens fitting (been wearing contacts for about 10 years now). It was thorough, quick, and helpful Highly recommend this place

The staff here were incredibly nice and helped a weary traveller who had bent the arm of his glasses. Very warm and welcoming and the service was top-notch.

Finally found a place that takes CHPW (Community Health Plan of Washington) after a living nightmare of calling and driving around, and it turns out they're also super friendly and fast at getting me sorted! Would recommend.

The prescription is not accurate at all. I used the prescription to get a pair of glasses, and it turns out the offset is at least 100 degree! And you can not get your pupil distance without pay extra money. The doctor checked my glass power manually by switching sample lenses, which is far less accurate than using a machine. I will never come to this place.
