I've taken my parents to their appointment few times now and all times I've encountered Dr. Hoang, he has left nothing but a good impression. He's respectful, warm and personable. Besides that, most importantly he takes great care of my dad and mom. He is extremely knowledgeable and I know my parents will always be in good hands. Unfortunately my health insurance doesn't accept his clinic otherwise I would choose his clinic within a heart beat!

I am a new patient to this practice. Dr. Hoang was kind, knowledgeable and spent time with me to fully understand the contact lenses and glasses that would work best for me. The staff was also wonderful and worked to get me through my appointment in a pleasant and efficient manner.

My brand new glasses had one of the lenses falling out within 3 days of wearing them, when I called I was in Monroe and the person who handles subscriptions didn't answer the phone until 3 hours after they opened, just to tell me she couldn't answer any questions and that I would have to come in person, turns out the questions I asked could have been answered over the phone and I wasted my whole day ( driving to their office )when I could have been enjoying my one chance to enjoy Monroe :(
