Today at 9:25AM, I received a call from the ICHS clinic to tell me that the appointment for my daughter's vision check was canceled. So instead, we asked for a reschedule of the checkup. The lady that was on the call with us told us that someone would call us if the appointment was rescheduled, and then decided to abruptly end the call. The way that this clinic treats their customers is absolutely absurd. The whole experience we had with this clinic was full of disrespect and the lady was incredibly rude. If it was possible to give a place zero stars, I would have done it. I definitely wouldn't recommend going there because the staff don't have any respect for the customers. If a hospital's front desk person doesn't even listen to what the patient has to say, there is no point in going to the clinic.

Very bad experience. Front desk staff rude and unsanitary. There is no decent standard of hygiene health. The elderly white receptionist is simply rude and passive aggressive. The equipment is not properly sanitized between patients. Find another clinic for your vision care.

I took my daughter to ICHS to get a glasses prescription and Dr. Andrea Liem told me that I can go to the specialist clinic for Orthokeratology contact lens. My daughter said goodbye to heavy glasses after using these contact lens. Many thanks to Dr. Andrea Liem because many past doctors have not told us about this method before.

The staff is friendly and the eye doctors are good but whenever I ordered glasses they say it'll be there by 10 days but its been 3+ weeks and I still haven't gotten a call.
