Kelly Bui, MD (Washington Eye Surgeons)

I really love this office. The staff are kind , patient and attentive. I ask A LOT of questions and no one gets irritated. Dr Bui clearly seeks to meet my individual needs. She recommended the least expensive lens (cataract replacement) for one eye that didn't need anything more. The first clinic I went to just told me to choose the lens I wanted...no discussion of what was best for me. If you want personalized, thoughtful care...this is the place!

Dr. Kelly Bui is an exceptional doctor! Not only she saves eyes but she got a good eye for hiring a super team! Shes recognized as one of the top doctors here in Seattle. Just google it, you'll see. :) Best decision in my life to transfer my mom's care to Dr. Kelly Bui. She's caring and she listens. Dr. Bui doesn't rush and she makes sure that all information is explained throughly. Bedside manner is exceptional. Gina at the front is amazing! From day1 when I made that call to transfer my mom's care here from another provider was very smooth. Got to have someone with Gina's knowledge and attitude to pilot the team. I Dec. I developed a serious eye problem. Dr. Bui did a great job of diagnosing it, putting me on a treatment plan, monitoring my progress and ultimately restoring my eye's health and vision. I am a new patient of Dr. Bui's and was a scary experience but I now have real confidence in Dr. Bui's ability to effectively treat any future eye issues that I may develop.

I have been having some trouble with my eyes. It was sudden and I was worried. I called to make an appointment. The receptionist transferred me to the doctors assistant technician Kevin. He was amazing. He figured out how to get me in the next day to take extra precaution. He was a wealth of knowledge and has the best attitude and settled my concerns. He did the preliminary stuff and I got to be the doctor. She was amazing. She did some more test explained to everything. And put me at ease there's a reason she's rated so highly!
