I had a good experience at LensCrafters recently. Travis was helpful, patient, and took the time to walk me through frame options and fit without pressure. I had some specific concerns around comfort and lens choice, and he handled them thoughtfully.
The purchasing process was straightforward, and while LensCrafters is out of network for vsp, the 50% VSP discount felt fair and help keep pricing reasonable. Overall a solid experience. I'd recommend this location.

I had a fabulous experience at the Northgate LensCrafters last weekend when I went in for my annual eye exam. The staff in both the clinic and the retail store were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Nevett is fantastic, I got all the information I needed and more to take care of my eyes. I did not feel pressured to purchase any glasses in the store but ended up finding two pairs that I'm really excited to start wearing! Thank you LensCrafters, looking forward to my visit next year.

I found Barry Olivia to be quite helpful in assisting me in frame selection and appropriate lenses that would work out well. The glasses arrived before schedule. Do your research before coming here!
I came for an eye exam and fully prepared to buy glasses. My insurance covers a flat amount for frames and there's a copay for lenses. I picked a pair of frames that were well within my allowance and so completely covered, but the saleswoman quoted me over $150! I declined and left. I went online later where, on the LensCrafters website, you can enter your insurance information and buy glasses. I discovered that the frames I picked were in fact fully covered, but she had applied every upgrade allowable to the lenses (my copay was around $20). I picked nicer frames and got lenses without all the bells and whistles and ended up paying about half of what she quoted me for cheaper frames. Buyer beware!

The people were nice, but they eye exam was too quick. They read my current classes and they missed that my prescription needed to be stronger, saying it was the same. I refused to spend $500 on glasses so I took my prescription to Costco and spent $160 instead. When I realized my new glasses were weird, I went to the optometrist at Costco and told him something was off. He checked me again, really thoroughly, and told me my prescription isn't the same and that I went up 0.25 in each eye. You live, you learn. Won't be paying into EyeMed in 2026.

I brought my elderly mother in for an exam and then to buy her some glasses. Everyone from the doctor's office to Travis helping with her order was friendly and patient with her. With Travis' kind help she was able to find frames she liked and everything she needed. Great kind help is so rare these days this LensCrafter (Northgate) is a great place to go if you need lenses or contacts!
