From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted warmly and taken care of. The team was cohesive and very empathetic and compassionate. Dr Kim is a highly knowledgeable and capable doc with a steady hand and gentle manner. I felt supported throughout my procedure and well cared for. I was prepared ahead of time, there was excellent communication, and I did not feel like I was being rushed. I look forward to seeing him again and highly recommend him!

When I first heard I had to under go eye surgery, I was terrified. But post surgery, I felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Man Kim, his staff did such a beautiful job of taking care of me to surgery and until after surgery. I forgot to mention the surgery itself was beautifully done too. Definitely deserves these 5 stars! Thank you to the ophthmalogy team who taken care of me.

Dr. Kim Man saw me for 5 minutes. Told me I needed an eyelid biopsy. When I inquired about the potential expense as I have a very high deductable ($3500), he said he was not in the accounting department. It cost me $2250 and it was unneccesary. I paid 100% and dropped Group Health for their total lack of professionalism. It was just a money grab. In addition, I discovered they charged twice the usual and customary rate for the procedure.
