Market Optical at University Village

I stopped by this store to check out some new frames and had such an amazing experience. Evelyn was so sweet and helpful. It was amazing having an employee be so helpful and go the extra mile to help me find what I was looking for and help me match frames to my face shape. What a beautiful store and amazing experience with Evelyn.

I've been going for years and I just love the people here. Thoroughly dedicated and lovely staff run this awesome location at University Village. Dr. Mark Cannon is the best Optometrist in Seattle in my opinion. And if you are looking for good frames from basic to designer, they have an awesome staff to help you out with options. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Your eyes are important, go to the right place with the right people !

I went there because we sat on my glasses (young child, sleep deprivation.... don't ask...) and bent them badly. I need them for driving and couldn't easily buy new ones quickly because we live in the other coast and are only here temporarily. The lady at the shop was incredibly nice and did all she could (which turns out was a lot) to bring them back to a decent shape.She did not charge us for it, which was also very nice of her.

The customer care service at the U.Village store is absolutely amazing.One arm of my sunglasses had detached and needed fixing.A special screw was needed as it was a special hinge.The lady at that store was extremely knowledgeable and very customer friendly.She had my sunglasses fixed in no time at all.Thank you again.

I have consistently had excellent experiences at Market Optical. I see Dr. Cannon for optometry, and then buy my glasses at MO, and they are the absolute best. They're friendly, patient, informed, helpful, and they go out of their way to provide great customer service. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for! I recently got new glasses, opted to get a tinted lens, and then when the glasses arrived I realized I didn't like the aesthetics of the tint. They replaced the lenses with plain clear ones free of charge, no fuss at all. I've also dropped in a number of times to get frames fixed, and they're always happy to do it. Added bonus: they like my dog. Get your glasses here!

Walked in hoping to get some nose pads on my sunglasses.. I waited while someone searched the back of the store to see what they can do. Minutes later, a lovely and soft spoken person came out with perfectly fitted nose pads on my glasses. 10/10

The quality of the service and product is unsurpassed! Trust them to help you select frames. They ship after you have started doing business with you and have rescued me a number of times. I recently travel to Europe and saw a number of the brands they offer sold there! They also have a great selection of sunglasses.

Great warm professional service ! I am traveling for the last few weeks and lost my glasses and have been sort of mildly blind most of my vacation . They helped out immediately! Would recommend many times over !
