I do not recommend this place. They lack professionalism and do not respect your time. Few days ago, I walked in and noticed the front desk lady was calling so I waved and sat down. After she finished calling, neither her or the other employees at the front desk acknowledged me at all. I assumed they were busy, after 10 minutes I walked up and asked if I could get help. She tells me to sit down at the frames area. I sit there waiting for over 15 minutes. Then she asks me like I'm automatically supposed to know to ask the lady in that area for help. This isn't the first time something like this happened. Very unprofessional. The employees need a wake-up call.

This is my first time visiting the clinic. I found the receptionist very helpful and kind when I walked in. They are a very busy place and I can see why based on the level of service. I was fine to wait. They did check in on me, which I definitely appreciate it. The doctor was fantastic as were his staff. I'll be coming back here for my eye care from now on. I found a cute set of new frames as well. Definitely affordable and reasonable.

I had been seeing Dr. Hoang for three years and was very satisfied with his care. However, after being away for several months, I called to book an appointment and had an extremely disappointing experience. The woman who answered the phone was shockingly disrespectful and unprofessional. She treated me as if I were a nuisance and made it clear I was wasting her time.
When I pointed out her rude tone and asked if she was having a bad day, she showed no concern at all. I couldn't even continue the conversation with her--it was that unpleasant. If it weren't for Dr. Hoang, I would have given this place one star. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. I'm truly sorry, Dr. Hoang, but your staff needs serious improvement.

In summary, they are disrespectful and unprofessional. They do NOT respect you or your time. My wife and I had annual check-up appointments with them and had provided all our insurance information months in advance. We continued receiving appointment confirmation texts but received no updates regarding insurance. When we arrived, they informed us that they no longer accepted our insurance and asked if we were willing to proceed without it. When we questioned why we weren't notified earlier, they didn't even apologize and misrepresented the situation. They had months to inform us of their change in insurance policy.
I would STRONGLY advise against using their services, especially when there are other professional providers available. Now that you know this, using their service would be a disservice to yourself and to other providers who work hard to offer respectful, professional care.

I called on a Tuesday to set up an appointment for the first time with them, and she said their next available appointment was the following Monday at 11am. No problem, I agreed. Imagine my surprise when I show up for my appointment and they're completely closed - apparently they're never open on Mondays. I can't wrap my head around why she would schedule my appointment on a day of the week the office isn't open.

I had a great experience at Optometry Medical Group - Jackson Vision Clinic and I highly recommend them. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I brought my mom there for her annual eye exam and they treated her with respect and care. She was very happy with the service and the glasses they prescribed for her. If you are looking for a good eye care provider in Seattle, you should definitely check them out. The only thing I would suggest is to make the online booking process easier and faster.
