Phinney Ridge Eye Care

I needed a new pair of glasses because I was having trouble seeing far distances, so I came here for an eye exam and a prescription. He was kind enough to fit me in the same day, and the whole experience was great! The guy was super chill, professional, and really knowledgeable.

SO HELPFUL. I called in a panic because I had (unknowingly and stupidly) thrown away my last pair of contacts before a large weekend event where I would need to be wearing my (non-prescription) sunglasses. My old prescription was too old to even order contacts online that could be delivered in time. They were able to fit me in *the day I called* for an exam after they had actually closed for the day when I wasn't yet a patient and didn't have insurance. They also gave me enough trial pairs of contacts to hold me over until getting through that weekends event. They were both so wonderful, really cannot recommend them enough!

This place is great. Both docs were super bright, helpful, and sociable. Had a fun conversation during my exam and learned a lot from Dr. Robert who seems very interested in keeping up with the latest research. Much prefer this place to the more corporate, impersonal clinics I've been to in the past Oh, also, it was like half the price I was quoted at another nearby clinic.

These guys ROCK!!!! My husband and I have been going to them for many, many years. Best eye exam ever from Rob, prescription is always right on, and Cindy is a hoot....very knowledgeable about glasses, has endless patience, and a fabulous sense of humor. They will have my business for as long as I have eyes! Hands down my favorite doctors to go too! I went to them on a whim after seeing the logo on the side of their building as I was driving by: 3 blind mice. How perfect is that??

Super friendly, always willing to help, great at dealing with insurance concerns and explaining the various tests and procedures. Both docs are super sociable and I have great chats every time. Even though I've moved to where this location is less convenient, I keep coming back because they're awesome.

I was visiting Seattle when the metal frame (the temples) of my glasses were severely bent by.....accidentally sitting on them! I found Phinney Ridge Eye Care and walked in explaining my predicament. If the frames were bent back too fast and too much there was a risk of breaking, so I knew I needed an expert, and I found him! He was one of the owners and I was treated as if I was a local and had bought the glasses from Phinney. He explained the risks, yet he got them back into shape and refused any payment. You don't find many people like this anymore, sadly. A local shop with owners that treat everyone as long time customers. Go to Phinney Ridge with confidence!

I have been going to Cindy and Rob for years and years and years and years and years, for both eye exams, glasses, lenses and contacts. They are both absolutely terrific, fantastic customer service, super kind, professional, and I highly recommend them for all your eye care needs!!!

Rob and Cindy are amazing! Rob gave me - by far - the best and most thorough eye exam I've ever had (he found a small mole at the back of my eye that no eye doctor had ever found). Their office is super cool with a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!
