Evelyn was absolutely amazing. She took her time walking me through all of the pricing and was incredibly transparent about every option, which I truly appreciated. I've been wearing glasses since I was 12 and I've honestly never had anyone explain things as clearly and thoroughly as she did. Because of that experience alone, I'll continue coming back to this clinic as long as she's working here. Outstanding customer service and such a refreshing, stress-free visit!

The team here is wonderful! They really work with you to get things accurate and cost-effective even with payment plans if necessary. They did a great job with my Rx recommend them highly!

I ended up stranded in an emergency situation while traveling that could have been easily avoided by having a prescription sent to me- but the entire office had taken a five day weekend with no emergency contact for files. They also did not post their out of office hours anywhere, did not include them in their voicemail message, and were listed as open. When I requested all relevant files be sent to me upon their return to office, and to be removed from their patient database, they promptly miss-spelled my name. Spare yourself the reckless and irresponsible patient care and find reliable and accessible healthcare elsewhere.

Great experience here. The staff is great -- kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they had different exam options so I didn't have to dilate my eyes before work in a few hours. The process was simple and well guided. Highly recommend

I just had my first appointment here this morning and this place was great. They took care of me and made sure that I was getting all that I could out of my insurance benefits, great staff, very professional, kind and fair.

I come here regularly for eye exams and it's always a great experience. The doctor is thorough and easy to talk to, and the staff are friendly and professional. Appointments are always on time, and I'm in and out without wait times. Everything runs smoothly, and I always feel well taken care of.

Dr. Brittany Ng did a fantastic job explaining to me the different ways to treat dry eye syndrome. This included a powerful supplement to assist my condition. And she took the time to show and discuss my retinal scan. Front desk staff showed me the proper supplement for purchase, and what daily quantity to take depending on the week from start date. Front desk staff is friendly and outgoing, while making sure that I have all of my needs including scheduling appointments, is taken care before leaving.
