This group of retina specialists (Ophthalmologists) is highly skilled and recommended. I'm an optometric physician in Seattle, refer to them on a regular basis, and have seen nothing but excellent care. Your eyes will be safe here.

CAUTION: PERMANENT BLINDNESS CAN OCCUR I actually thought this was going to go great because dr oonchin was so nice at the appt. Not so much. I begged for months for them to adjust my medication they refused. They never took my symptoms seriously. Sometimes the nurse that checks you in didn't even note them so they could be discussed during the appt. There is a lady that answers the phone named Stephanie that is super rude and condescending every single time you have to talk to her. I was also driving 5 hours to see them. On the morning of every appt they tried to cancel for different reasons. So each time we were about 4 hours into the trip they would call we would have to pull over on the side of the road so Stefanie could be hateful about the appt I scheduled months before only to say nevermind we don't need to cancel. After 6 months of seeing them zero progress was made on my eye and I had to go somewhere else. Waste of time and caused undue stress in my life. The worse parts though were being verbally beat up by Stefanie and my symptoms being TOTALLY ignored by the staff. Maybe had dr oonchin actually known what was happening she could have given better treatment. Edit: so to add insult to injury after playing dr with my eye for 6 months. They have now told my new eye Dr I am longer a candidate for reparative surgery because of the duration the problem has persisted. Isn't that fun. I'm now permanently blind in one eye after begging for help for 6 months.

This is the best experience I've had with ANY doctor. Dr. Ongchin and the staff are absolutely incredible, caring and have advocated for me like no one ever has. Tracey is a godsend. I went in for something that I should have seen a neuro ophthalmologist for and they still went above and beyond. I will forever reccomend them. They have made this super difficult time a lot easier for me. Thank you!

Dr. Warden and all of the Seattle staff have been phenomenal. They go above and beyond to take care of their patients, take their time during examinations, and answer all questions which really helped with an otherwise stressful experience.

I was referred to Dr. Warden for a consultation that I was very nervous about. My referring physician indicated that Dr. Warden and his team would take care of me. Upon arrival Rich and Dr. Warden were fantastic. They both put me at ease and brought my stress level way down by answering all my questions and treating me like a person instead of a patient.

I would like to recommend for anyone who needs to treat a retina problem to go to this clinic. Doctor Sharel Ongchin MD is the doctor who is treating my eyes, each eye had a different problem. Dr Ongchin is a perfect doctor, very gentle , patient and her knowledge is beyond perfect. My eyes now are normal, thanks to Dr Ongchin, they are very close to going blind.

Staff is very nice and professional, I felt that they are really thorough.

Dr Drucker is an excellent surgeon and all the doctors and assistants we met at Retina Consultants of Seattle are very experienced and caring. Don't go anywhere else!
