When I saw 422 reviews with a 4.8 star rating I was very hopeful. But this office surpassed all of my expectations. The staff was so friendly and professional. Made you feel like they've known you for a while, instantly clicked. The optometrist was hands down one of the most knowledgeable & professionals with a very good sense of humor and made the visit fun and interesting. I learned a lot. The way they handled billing was very human and with ease as I had just gotten new insurance. They made the process comfortable and built trust. This is a great place. Oh, great art on the walls too by the way.

This optical shop is fantastic. They have excellent staff and they provided excellent advice for me -- I was finally able to get a set of progressive eyeglasses that worked well for my music studies (close work at the fretboard and sheet music ahead of me). They also are a local company, privately owned. Thus, they offered lens work that I couldn't get elsewhere (as private equity buys up opticians and farms out work to the cheapest lens providers). After years of getting lenses made elsewhere, and settling for what they could do, I have found a new steady for my eyes. I highly recommend them.

Everyone here is so friendly and kind! I saw Dr Chang for a vision exam and she was super sweet; I didn't feel rushed during the appointment at all. She let me take home an extra sample pair of contact lenses, as well as eyedrops. The office also called ahead of my appointment to tell me about my insurance benefits and coverage. Super good experience!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The front desk staff is lovely, Dr. Samek is the best in his field. We literally pay cash to see him as our insurance doesn't cover it and it's worth every penny. The office manager is wonderful. I came to her with an issue and she immediately responded with compasssion and grace. My son has specialty glasses and is beyond hard on them. Today I brought them in mangled expecting to buy new ones and Hilary fixed them to like new for free!!!! I've worked in the medical field for over 30 years and I'm a tough customer, but in this case it's 5 stars across the board!

I have gotten glasses at several different places over the last 15 or 20 years. When I saw my ear nose throat doctor, I asked who he recommended for really good glasses. He recommended Roosevelt Vision. I checked with my insurance to see if it would be covered, and like so many really good businesses, it didn't accept my insurance. I thought, what's more important to me? Do I want exceptional glasses or do I want to pay the least amount possible to get them? To me it was a slam dunk decision to go with Roosevelt Vision because I trusted my awesome ENT doctor. I have to say, the exam done at Roosevelt Vision was very thorough and the people were friendly, professional,warm, --everything I would want in a place like that. The clinic is clean with nice displays and comfortable. When I got my glasses, this was hands-down, the best pair of glasses I have ever gotten. They also let me use my older frames, which were still in very good shape. Not all eyeglass places let you do that. At one point a few months later, I needed the nose piece adjusted on it and I just walked in and they did it on the spot. I'm sold on this place and next time I need a new pair I'm definitely going back.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Kathy Yang-Williams OD for quite a few years. She is the absolute best "eye doctor". She is competent, explains clearly and allows plenty of time of questions and follow-up information.

I had the best Eye Dr for 35 years when the location was Roosevelt Way. When he retired, I went to his associate. Soon after the group decided Not to take VSP insurance. This was the insurance that most companies gave their employees in the 80s and 90s. Now I have to go to part time Eye Drs and have not had the greatest experience I used to have. Nothing is as good as it used to be.
