Very questionable customer service. I brought in a frame to put new lenses in. Couple of weeks later I got a phone call that my frame broke. Went to pick up frame and the staff was unacceptably rude. The staff started out by saying "this is a weird frame". While keep playing with my broken frame he said "I wonder if it is designed like that" Then said "it might be broken long time ago because I see dirt in the broken point". Obviously people can confirm it is broken in the lab. Then he proceeds with comments like me being difficult customer for just asking what happened to my frame and saying "I don't worry about the lab but I worry about you". Saying he doesn't want me as a customer. The atitude was awful and the words the staff used were ignorant

Best inventory of high end glasses in Seattle especially for VSP patients with prescriptions. Super friendly staff, and they even checked with one of their reps to see if they could get a frame they don't normally carry. Will always go back here in the future.

I had an excellent experience at this office! The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and professional from start to finish. The eye exam was efficient, and they made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I had broken my glasses on a work trip here and asked if they would be able to fix them.. they wouldn't even let me pay, just took them in the back and made them good as new! The staff is incredibly caring and kind, I'd absolutely recommend.
