I've been going here for years and Dr. Andrew Hoffman has maintained my vision at 20/15 (better than 20/20) throughout my forties. He also addressed my vision impairment after I suffered a TBI and offered better insight than any of the medical doctors who were treating me at the time. It would be great to see more independent eyewear lines in their shop because I'm not a fan of wearing logos - but the selection they have is perfect for maximizing VSP benefits for the patient. Highly recommend their expertise and education on specialty eye concerns. Patty is always warm and welcoming every time I visit too.

Went for routine glasses and contact exam. When new lenses arrived I couldn't see a thing - almost seemed like lenses were in the wrong side or something. Politely told the front desk who gaslit me saying it takes time to adjust and basically dismissed my concerns; this is not my first new prescription I have been wearing glasses my whole life. Was told they were "right" and basically told there was nothing that could be done besides going back to my old prescription, so thats what I did, however they replaced my nice lenses with the cheapest ones you can get which are constantly getting scratched and smudging. Overall a very very poor experience which is honestly hard to accomplish at and eye doctor. Happy to have found another, better optometrist. Would not recommend this place.

They are a lovely family buisness. I hadn't had an eye exam since I was 19...well more than a decade we'll say ago haha. However, they made me feel at ease. Easy scheduling online, simple paperwork, upfront cost and the exam itself was thorough but not tiresome. Dr. Hoffman is such an expert at "reading" eyes that he was able to accurately describe what I was seeing and provide helpful information to clarify my questions. He also ruled out things I was curious about and did not at all try to up sale me on glasses I *didnt* need! He gave lovely advice on overall eye care too in regards to my dry/ sensitive eyes. All love to them!

Incredibly warm people here. I brought my glasses there for adjustment. Both the optician and the staff at the counter were incredibly nice. You can see their smile and feel the warmth of their service attitude. The optician does a good job. Really detailed work and professional skills. Frame adjustments can be tricky and in fact it involves in a lot of tweaking in different spots. The optician takes his work seriously. They take COVID precaution seriously too. Overall, you can just feel this is a professional optical store with great skills. I would recommend to all people in the big Seattle area.

First time here and have nothing but amazing things to say! Both Dr Hoffman and the sweet lady up front were so helpful, kind and understanding (it was my first real exam in 22 years). I did end up getting a prescription and it went so smoothly despite not knowing how anything worked; 11/10 can't wait to come back! :)

Always a pleasant experience. Staff and doctors are always friendly and upfront about every frame purchase, check-up, glasses repair request, and any random questions I've thrown at them. I always leave feeling like they have me and my eyes' best interest at heart.

Dr Hoffman is fine. Have issues with the front desk. Went in for contact fitting, but was taken in for glasses and they asked $140 more for contact fitting even when I did not do the procedure because they did not have contacts. Also person working in the front was rude and kept cutting me off when asking questions about what my insurance covered. Very dismissive and told me that I had to pay Dr Hoffman in a patronizing manner like I wasn't going to pay. Treated more like a nuisance than a customer tbh.

I only needed a screw for the hinge on my glasses and they reset my set to original purchase condition. Wonderful customer service and a wide selection. Thank you!!!
