I am forever grateful to the staff at Seattle Vision Clinic for replacing a small screw in my glasses for $4. Yes, they repair glasses based on the type of screws, and prices range, but by far they are honest, fast, and friendly. I could not believe the screw was that cheap! Check them out .

I had never had vision insurance before because I've always had 20/20 vision and never needed glasses. When my daughter decided she needed glasses, I signed up for vision insurance through my new job and figured I might as well go in for an exam myself. That decision probably saved my eyesight. During my exam, Seattle Vision Clinic ran a full set of tests and ended up referring me to an eye surgeon. The surgeon confirmed that I'm susceptible to a rare, fast-acting form of glaucoma that can cause blindness in a matter of days. He told me that this condition is uncommon in people of Western European descent and that most optometrists don't routinely test for it. In fact, he said that Seattle Vision Clinic has better diagnostic equipment for detecting this type of glaucoma than even his office does. Because of their thoroughness and advanced technology, they caught something that most clinics would have missed. Seattle Vision Clinic literally saved my vision. I'm a customer for life.

I needed an eye exam and they had great availability. When I arrived, it was a really smooth experience, they had tons of equipment and Dr. Fog answered all my questions about the images taken of my eyes. Really cool posters on the walls as well. Really easy to get to via light rail as well. 5/5 experience

I came here in a panic -- I had a contact lens stuck in my eye and I was in a ton of pain. Dr. Chin and his team handled the situation with so much professionalism and kindness. I was taken care of quickly, and some of the nurses even went the extra mile to come chat and laugh with me. It helped so much!!! This is a really fantastic place with a top-notch staff. Would recommend it to anyone who needs eye care in the area.

I recently visited Seattle Vision Clinic and was impressed by their large, diverse staff who provided quick and professional service. While the building and neighborhood are a bit run-down, the facilities are clean, and the quality of care stands out.

DO NOT COME HERE. The staff are so disrespectful. The people here do not value anything or understand you! For example, I came here recently and the lady in the image attached basically told me that my social anxiety and regular anxiety doesn't matter and doesn't exist and that I was just crazy. Please don't come here. The ladies behind the front desk are very rude and the staff don't politely or sometimes let alone ask for your consent. The building is very messy and sometimes unhygienic. One of the staff here tried to up charge me for unnecessary things. Plus they don't not respect your privacy and confidentiality. In conclusion, please don't come here!

I'll admit, visually the place is not impressive, but everyone who works here is very kind and helpful. The doctors are also great. Since they're in Chinatown they make themselves accessible for Chinese speakers, but English speakers won't have to worry about anything here. I really can't recommend them enough.

I had a very good experience at the clinic. The tests were thorough and the staff were very polite. I didn't have to wait at all. Dr. John is undoubtedly one of the best eye doctors I had ever been to, he took a lot of time and explained to me everything as I have very high myopia, he explained what power I should go with for contacts and glasses. I really appreciate his time and advice and would definitely go back to see him again in the future.
