I had my eye exam with Dr Tran. He is very thorough and professional. He is genuinely interested finding the best solution for patients. Not only did he give me a new type contacts to try, but also kindly made adjustments to prescriptions based on that. I also got a lot of help from Sam in the process. He is just incredibly patient and went out of his way to help a customer. The staff really make this Target Optical exceptional.

National chain doesn't get bigger than this, yeah? But in my experience the staff here is exceptional and friendly - has the patience to talk and explain to you and try hard to explain and work with you to maximize your benefits with insurance.

I've been getting eye exams since I was about 10 years old, and this is hands down the best experience I've ever had!! The staff was amazing-- warm, welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable & super efficient. I was promptly greeted the minute I stepped into the area for my appointment and checked in right away, even though the staff was helping a handful of other people. I was guided to the area where I should wait and told the doctor would be right out. Just a few minutes later my exam started right on time. Dr. Wang was very kind and has a pleasant demeanor-- I was immediately relaxed and at ease even though this isn't an appointment I particularly look forward to. He made the experience comfortable and easy. Dr. Wang is incredibly efficient and quick-- the eye exam was seamless! He managed to keep it short and speedy without making anything feel rushed or forgotten. He easily accommodated my requests to try out several different varieties of contact lenses. He listened to me, answered all my questions, and respected my requests regarding brands and pricing. I never felt rushed or dismissed-- despite the crazy swift pace we moved along at. It was so nice to not spend half the day somewhere, waiting around to be helped or sitting in the chair waiting ages for your turn to see the doctor. After the exam, Orion helped me coordinate purchasing my contact lens. I wasn't sure if I would actually buy any that day, since I've always found better prices online. Let me tell you, Orion is phenomenal! They took extra time to crunch numbers for me-- comparing my options between different brands/length of wear/quantity. They took the time to find me the best pricing and even did some maneuvering to maximize coupons, discounts and my insurance coverage. Then, they presented me with different options and kept within the budget I had mentioned. Not once did I feel like I was being "sold" anything. Orion really took the time to find me the best package/pricing I could get. It was so refreshing to not be forced into different brands or have anyone be pushy about upselling me a years supply of contacts I don't want or a pair of new glasses I don't need. I got exactly what I wanted, for the best price I have seen anywhere, ever (and I've been buying contacts for 15+ years). Moving forward, I'm comfortable reaching out to explore some of the other options I was shown, but were not quite in the budget for that day. I'll be calling or stopping by to replenish my supply instead of going online- they've earned my business!! The icing on the cake was the LIGHTING speed in which my lenses arrived. I expected about a week or so, which was communicated at the time of purchase. Totally expected. They were on my doorstep less than 48 hours later!!! AND WITH FREE SHIPPING!! Incredible!! Before this visit, I had stuck to taking the online "express eye exam" and ordering my lenses online too, because of my horrible experience at LensCrafters in years past. I was absolutely dreading this in person visit. You have restored my faith in visiting the office in person, and I'll be doing my exams & purchases with Target moving forward. 10/10!!

Drew and Gina were amazing! I've been trying to get a new set of reading lenses and just needed to take the time to stop in. I was able to get my eye exam and pick out frames, all at the same time as a walk-in customer. Thanks for making it work out for me! I can SEE myself coming back again.... Optometry pun intended!

Had a fantastic experience here. All the staff I talked to on the phone were friendly and provided all of the information I requested. When I came in, Orion helped me out and answered any question I had. I was genuinely really impressed by the level of customer service I received. Orion went above and beyond to make sure I left happy with a great pair of glasses. The end-to-end process was simple and efficient. Really appreciated the great service I received here.
