The Eyesite Store optometrist, indicating that she was the owner, declined to provide eye glasses service to me. She said that her decline and request that I leave was based on my hat, which I took off while in the store. I indicated that her actions may be illegal, as they were solely based on her prejudices and how I looked to her. I visited wearing suit, white shirt, blue tie black shoes, small cross on my necklace. I spoke calmly and respectfully throughout. She volunteered that I had been "polite". There has been light rain on and off all week, hence the hat. Highly non-pluralistic.

I chose this doctor based on the great reviews, and Dr. Kaur exceeded my high expectations! Everyone in the office was very friendly, and I feel like Dr. Kaur took the time to get my very weird prescription just right. She also asked me thoughtful questions to make sure she understood what I needed out of my glasses and contacts. Highly recommended.

Front desk staff are quite friendly, but the doctor was not friendly. Moreover, the glasses for my kid don't fit, due to inaccurate vision test. Won't come back to this doctor.

I think I will say that of all the doctor offices I have been to this one is the best. This was the first woman eye doctor I have been to and wow, what a difference!! She listened to me and explained things to me in a way that none of my previous eye doctors did. She related to me and gave great advice and general information. It was my first visit but I got my daughter and husband to go here too and they were all happy with the experience. Also they let my daughter and I take our time to pick out our glasses and was not rushed. They gave the price points and gave options of glasses so that if I pick out a pair beyond my price point they will try and find a similar pair that was more affordable. Very friendly staff all around.

The staff was very friendly and approachable. My doctor was very informative, quick, and efficient with my exam. I also had plenty of help from the front desk to select a pair of frames; there were so many choices. The woman that helped find glasses for me was so fast to pick up on styles I liked, and she was so patient with me while I wavered on my finalist selections. I had a great experience here and look forward to my visits in the future. I wish that I had remembered their names, but I am under the impression that everyone is fantastic. :)

I had a phenomenal experience here. Everyone was so nice and helpful and the eye doctor was amazing. I had a bad experience at my last eye doctor, where a male tech lost his patience at me for flinching too much during an eye pressure test. She was compassionate and made sure I was comfortable and the pressure test took seconds. It was so easy and painless this time around.
After being pleasantly surprised how quick and pleasant my eye exam went, someone helped me choose frames while I waited in the lobby. They were so helpful and kind, and helped me find the perfect frames for my face and style. Overall, this establishment has kind people that are exceptional at what they do. My new glasses fit well, and look amazing! I highly recommend them!
