I stopped by to ask if they offer glasses adjustment services, and they said yes right away. They even adjusted my glasses for free. The staff was very patient and took their time making small, careful adjustments until the fit felt just right and comfortable for me. What really impressed me was that I didn't even buy my glasses from this store, and they still helped me without any hesitation. Really kind and professional service. I truly appreciate it.

I needed glasses urgently because I couldn't read lecture hall presentations, so speed mattered to me. The eye exam was fine, but the overall experience was frustrating. I wasn't allowed to choose frames on my own and had to go through a long process where the staff selected frames for me one by one. As this was my first time getting prescription glasses, I didn't realize this wasn't standard. The frame adjustment also took a long time and felt uncomfortable, and I later learned it was optional--something that was never explained. Despite needing my glasses quickly and having separate appointments with the optometrist and the frame selection, I still waited about one to two weeks for my prescription glasses until it's ready for pick-up. I was charged around $150 even with ISHIP LifeWise insurance because there were hidden fees. I was told I had $300 coverage but wasn't informed that the total cost could exceed that. After having a faster, cheaper, and better experience elsewhere, I realized this wasn't normal. Very disappointing.

This review is for Dr. Mark Hovander, OD. He is truly the best doctor I've ever had. I've been seeing him for years, and I continue to appreciate his attention to detail, his humility, and his genuine kindness. I wish every doctor practiced with the same level of care and compassion.

very wonderful & kind staff. eye exams were always very thorough and i like that everything is explained to you! i get my contacts refilled here frequently and they always get done punctually. would highly recommend:)

This is a review for Mr. Paul Smith, the Licensed Dispensing Optician! I am a student who is not from Seattle and have never been to a vision clinic around here. I broke part of my glasses and was in quite a bit of distress, so I just went to the nearest optometrist I found. I am not a client here, so I wasn't sure if they would be able to help me. I really am so grateful to Paul Smith for adjusting my glasses and fixing them, especially considering they weren't a type he was familiar with! Amazing place and I am so appreciative of their help here! My vision without my glasses is terrible and I was really worried what I was going to do without them, so thank you!
