Visions Northwest

I've never had so much fun or felt so taken care of at a vision or any other health appointment. Huge thanks to Lindsay and Shea for their patience and kindness. For PhD studies and work travel, I've lived across four countries for the last few years. While it's a lovely privilege, I also rarely get to feel at home or get treated like I'm at home when I'm constantly a visitor everywhere. Visions NW took such good care of me and made me feel cared for and at home. (And still sorry for saying to Shea that I'd just look at frames alone and not bother you on an understaffed day and then walking out with new frames ordered!) You guys are really the best.

Great experience! The entire staff was wonderful. They were open and honest with their pricing and services, no extra fees, etc. and extremely patient with me while I was trying to decide on new frames. I felt like they truly cared and had my best interest at heart. Fantastic team.

Visions Northwest is in my insurance network (for vision care) so I made an appointment and they got me in very quickly. The exam and subsequent lens order was completed easily and efficiently. The operation ran like a well-oiled machine:). Paperwork was processed, 2 eye health scans were taken then I was introduced to my optometrist, Dr. Cho. She was very thorough and communicative and by the end of the assessment, I had a good understanding of my vision status and what precautions I needed to take to continue good eye health. After my exam, the optician I met with was very personable and walked me through my options for replacement lenses. I didn't feel like she tried to pressure choices one way or the other which I always welcome in a vendor LOL A special thank you to her for taking my current frames to the lab and tightening the stems and replacing a nose piece which I had lost. Above and beyond for sure. Finally, the office is in downtown Seattle (a potential parking nightmare) so I was thrilled that they also validated parking for the garage around the corner! YEA!

First time getting an eye exam in decades. The team here made the process easy and the experience exceptional. From the exam to picking out my glasses, they were informative, detailed, and friendly. Will definitely come back here in future as they made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing Dr. Bird since I moved to Seattle in 2013 and am always very pleased with my visits! He is very knowledgeable and efficient and his office staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is conveniently located downtown and offers validated parking as well.

Had a great experience getting glasses at Visions NW! Excellent service all around. Be aware you will need an appointment as they are not currently accepting walk-ins.

I absolutely LOVE the staff! It was my first visit, and I can't recommend them enough to everyone. The team was so friendly and genuine while helping me pick out frames. Dr. B took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. It was honestly the best experience! There was no hassle at all, and I felt entirely at ease.

Pretty terrible experience, to start with the doctor was super rushed when trying to determine my power- without even giving me time to respond, he would flip through lenses very robotically and I had to ask him to slow down several times which is an uncomfortable start. Then when it is time to test out contact, he give me a wrong power, then one that expired in 2018 and one expired in 2023 (I already put that inside my eye which gave me a sting feeling so I read the labels again) and had to dig through to find one that will expire in two months. The office seem to also be reluctant to even order trial lenses when they did not cover my specific prescription. The contact fitting is $105 and this is the level of services I am getting--flipping though a few lenses with extreme speed, not sure which power to give me and ultra confusion on their inventory with lenses. Extremely disappointed and would not trust this place at all and not sure if I am even getting the right reading.
