This 5 stars is well deserved! The team at vision works Northgate have been wonderful, easy to work with, and fun!
In 2025, I scheduled an appointment for tests and glasses selection. When I came by, I was warmly welcomed and quickly assisted. After the tests, Jennifer and Kristina both helped me pick out a pair of glasses and sunglasses. I had no idea what I was looking for and they were helpful the entire time. I had so much fun talking with Jennifer and she made me feel confident with my decisions!
After forgetting to come back for SIX WHOLE MONTHS to pick up my glasses, they immediately recognized me on my return and were just as wonderful as I remembered them. :) I've owned many glasses in my life and this was easily the most fun and best experience I've had picking them out. Thank you so much Kristina and Jennifer!

I literally have never had such helpful and diligent customer service than my exceptional experience with Jennifer today. I was in a hurry, without an appointment, and called asking for help and Jennifer was there to help me out as best as she could. She was prompt but attentive, a great problem-solver, AND she remembered my name from my phone call when I walked in. Above and beyond customer service. Also while I was waiting, I could see her helping other clients and she addressed their needs patiently and treated them with care and respect. I could tell she was truly trying to help them. If you want a representative who is thorough and genuinely cares to help you, I 100% recommend Jennifer. This was a 10/10 experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH JENNIFER!!!!
