The service is very bad and the material they make the glasses with is of very poor quality since they scratch quickly and when you go to complain they DO NOT want to fix them or they make ridiculous excuses. They told me that my eyelashes are the ones that scratched my glasses. I imagine that my eyelashes are made of wire or steel to be able to scratch the glasses.

This place has great customer service. I visited Vista Optical with my brother and mother to get eyeglasses. My mother, who does not speak English well had lots of questions. Andrew was incredibly patient and friendly, and really took the time to answer all her questions as well as mine. We had a positive experience, and we found a pair of glasses that we were happy with.

Was a little weary of the reviews when I first booked an eye exam, but my experience didn't reflect any of the recent ones. First, they were able to get me an eye exam next day! Second, Christina (staff) was very helpful both in handling my insurance, and helping me get glasses estimates. Dr. Chung was also very nice, explaining what she was doing at each step, and took the time to answer---in detail---my questions afterwards.

I fell and bent my VA issued eyeglasses. The VA wouldn't straighten them, but Andrew at the Ballard Vista Optical did in just a minute or so. No charge! Shortly thereafter I noticed a nose pad was missing. Sean at Vista replaced both nose pads and insured my glasses fit me properly. Once again I asked to pay. I wanted to pay something. Again, no charge! Both Andrew and Sean are a credit to their company and more than that, both gentlemen. Thank you Guys.

My sister is in a full care facility in Shoreline. Her glasses were all bent up, one lens popped out, pads gone. The wonderful staff at Vista Optical saved the day and put them back together and they are now usable. They even put them in a plastic case to protect them. They saved the day! Wonderful service at no cost.
