Dr. Roh has been my ophthalmologist for many years now and she is exceptional in all respects. She is extremely professional, thorough, and keeps up to date on the latest science and treatments. My eye health has been greatly improved thanks to her. The office is also kept very clean. The front desk staff has always been friendly and professional as well. The highest recommendation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Roh's for over seven years. She attended the top school in the country and was mentored by a famous optometrist/professor. This gives me peace of mind to have an expert at that level when it comes to something as important as my vision and eye health. The front desk staff is pleasant, the location is super convenient, and there is always street parking around the corner. I highly recommend Wallingford Eye Care!

Had an appointment scheduled a month ahead for my son. They asked me all his insurance information over the phone, everything was set. The DAY OF the appointment, I show up and they decide to let me know they don't accept his insurance. The receptionist told me "they tried to contact me" but that is a lie. She didn't even offer anything else to me or even asked if I could pay out of pocket which I ended up doing at a different place. Why would I miss work, my son miss school and drive all the way there if they "left me a voicemail". Terrible and no one should schedule with them.

I recently visited Wallingford Eye Care, and I have to give a massive shout-out to the optician, Ylla. If you've ever felt overwhelmed by rows of frames and technical lens jargon, Ylla is the person you need to see. She has an incredible eye for aesthetics--she didn't just show me glasses; she curated a selection that perfectly matched my face shape and style. Beyond the fashion, her technical knowledge is top-tier. She broke down my lens and coating options with total clarity and zero pressure. What really impressed me was her patience during the fitting; she didn't stop until the adjustments were 'barely-there' comfortable. Ylla turns a routine chore into a high-end boutique experience. I'm obsessed with my new frames!

Poor customer service. Went in yesterday for my eye exam. Asked to get my glasses cleaned. The doctor informed me that the original nose pads were put back on the glasses. (During this time my contacts were out and my eyes were dilated). My lens are thicker and proper size of nose pads are essential. My original nose pads were tossed and replaced with cheap pads that do not distribute the pressure correctly causing a lot of pain on the nose bridge. When I called the receptionist today, she was rude, argumentative and lacked compassion.
